Align Massage & Yoga Studio

Align has wonderful yoga teachers that have made me feel at home and welcomed me to the community! They offer really affordable prices, have a beautiful studio, and make it very cozy for first time visitors. I am hoping to book a massage soon because I’ve heard great things!

This place feels like a home away from home. cozy, welcoming, and relaxing. It never disappoints and always impresses me with the quality of service. I like the diversity of the therapists, each bringing their own unique touch, and the small retail section is such a lovely bonus. Highly recommend!

Finding Amanda at Align for deep tissue massage is one of the highlights of my year. After only one 90-minute appointment, I experienced significantly more range of motion in my perpetually terrible right shoulder. Reader, when I tell you this has never before happened in my 20 years of regular massage treatment with upward of a dozen different massage therapists, hear me. Both Align and Amanda are South City gems.

Secretly the best yoga studio in St. Louis! Their new student introduction offer is great (unlimited classes the first 30 days for a very reasonable rate) so you can try out the studio + find your footing. A super intentional space that is approachable for everyone and all levels. A variety of classes + instructors so you can mix it up or stick with your favorites. The monthly membership is way to go as far as bang for your buck.

I've loved Align Yoga. It's nestled in the Shaw neighborhood of Tower Grove on a quiet street, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and open to newcomers. I invite friends whenever I can and feel centered and restored when I leave.

This was my neighborhood yoga studio and I loved it. Cozy in all the right ways with some stellar teachers. The walkability & bikeability of its location is a huge plus. Also, best prices in town!

I'm new to Yoga and Align has been a great place to start. I've been attending their intro classes on Sunday mornings, which have been a gentle but formative place to get in the groove.
