Spa Suite

Don’t book here, my fiancé booked and paid a deposit and when we arrived no one was there. Tried calling and the phones are going to voice mail. We had to go to the company downstairs and they was able to call the owner. After speaking with her she did not seem apologetic, not even a sorry. Didnt offer anything for wasting our time for their mishap bad customer service and after reading the other reviews it seem like they dont care. They wont be open long.

0/10 me and my friends got kicked out because the package we paid for came with brunch and we were served meatballs chicken and rice so we requested different food. Also the robe my friend had was dirty so she requested a different robe. Instead of fixing their mistakes they came to us and told us they were canceling our service and giving us a refund and that we can put our clothes back on. Very unprofessional

My birthday with my besties was amazing. Great vibe! We picked the Garden of Eden Suite.. beautiful

Extremely professional customer service and the spa was very clean and organized. I had a wonderful time and I can’t wait to book another spa party.

This is the butler suite private spa location , You see the reviews run away from this place . Terrible customer service very unprofessional I don’t recommend they’ll take your money online and not show up to your appointment
