AB Reflexology and Massage

Just had a massage at AB Reflexology and Massage. It was great. I made an appointment for just a few hours after I called. My back has been hurting for over a week and she was able to work out the tight muscles. Clean no frills place with great prices and a talented massage therapist. I will be returning.

I have been here for at least 4 massages now. Amy is my favorite therapist, and she messages me when she is working at this location because it is so close to my house. The owner (very nice woman) also operates Mirage/Miracle Massage on Edison Rd in Mishawaka. Friendly, professional, and Amy does a great job ironing out the knots she finds.

The spa itself was nothing to write home about, it was the massage that kept me and my partner on repeat visits. Everytime we're in town we make a visit here upon arrival. They're pretty good on their stretching massage and deep tissue massage. I make sure to let my therapist know I expect a firm pressure level.

Been there 3 times. Each time a different lady massuse. Each massage was about the same and all were excellent. This is a legal massage spa and no funny business is allowed here. They have signs on the walls and the manager pointed it out to me the first time I was here. " No touch girls! Good girls! Not going to prison for a few dollars". I agreed and we get along fine ever since. Very good massage, give tip and get a cold bottle of water. I go back every week.

Polite staff spoke very little English which is no big deal to me. Little bitty woman but got my lower back and thoracic spine area in order to where I can walk without pain. They were happy to see me I have a feeling that they don't get very much business because of past reputation it's not the same owners. Nonetheless she did her job and did it well was polite and respectful if the problem persists I definitely will go back again

Horrible customer service. I paid $120 (credit card precessor was down so I had to run to the bank to get cash and come back) for a 90 min massage, after an hour, I was asked to speak to someone who spoke English on the phone during my massage. The lady on the phone told me they had to end my session early for another client. Now mind you before I came they said Walk-in were accepted. They ended my session early gave me back $50 and told me to come back tomorrow for 30 mins free. Came back the next day, this time I called to make sure I had an appointment and the lady on the phone said sure go there now she is available. So I go there and get the same lady who did my massage yesterday only to find out they only have me 10 mins free and that I actually needed to pay $40 for a 30 min foot massage. Needless to say I just walked out and took my money elsewhere. I will never do business with thia establishment again they are very unprofessional and did not meet my expectations.

I tried this place under new owner. So much went wrong. The massage therapist needs to be retrained. The massage was horrible. She had no technique and was all over the place. I paid for 60 minutes and she only gave me 45 minutes. No wonder why this place has had so many owners. Poor service........stay away.....there are better establishments to patron....
