Had a really awesome first timer experience here! The staff was super friendly, and the place was very clean and luxurious! The 45 minute sweat, and three minute plunge was absolutely cathartic and life-changing! Also the Vitamin C shower at the was like nothing I have ever experienced! My skin is so smooth! Cannot wait to go back!

CJ and his team greeted us with incredible hospitality. They guided us through the entire experience without overwhelming us with complex explanations or jargon. They are incredibly humble and always ready to address any concerns or questions we may have. This is my first time at this location, and I had an absolutely wonderful and blessed experience.

Looking for alternative outings for girls nights (everyone’s on a diet for a wedding lol so restaurants are not an option). Everything was great from the customer service to the private suite to the amenities (lotion, shampoo, everything you needed). Will definitely be going back!

I loved it. Not like a traditional Finnish sauna, but still a really nice setup. You can change the lighting, temperature, music. We opted for the cold vitamin C shower that comes with your suite instead of paying extra for the polar plunge. The reviews say the service was bad, but whoever was at the front desk when we were there was incredibly nice and accommodating. I also didn’t realize how cool Assembly Row (Fit Row) is - you can get a juice after and sit on the balcony overlooking the shops after the sauna.

Staff was amazing. Extremely helpful. Saunas were super nice and clean as well as the shower. Amenities included deodorant, plastic bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, and extra towels. There aren't locks on the doors and the lights don't dim enough.

Assembly is a great location, quiet and not overcrowded. My partner and I have had amazing sauna and cold plunge sessions here. We usually come in for recovery after fitness training or sauna/heat therapy for overall wellness. Great staff who are friendly and accommodating. Give this location a try, you'll leave feeling rejuvenated!!! Ivy

Place is awesome! Nothing like a cold plunge session and a good sweat. Truly feels amazing when you leave. Tara and the staff are so nice and accommodating. Compliments a good workout/recovery day well. Add this to your must try list!
