I am so happy to see MassageLuXe Somerville absolutely booming! It is well-deserved success for such a fantastic local business. The owners are wonderful people who clearly pour their hearts into this place, and it shows. The front desk staff is always so friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home the second you walk in. As for the massage itself? The therapists are incredibly attentive and really tailor the experience to your needs. I’m also officially obsessed with their HaloRed machine! It’s the only one I’ve found in Massachusetts that combines halotherapy, red light therapy, and oxygen all at once. It’s a total game-changer for respiratory health and skin.. a transformative experience you just can’t get anywhere else! Word of advice: Since they’re getting so popular, definitely book your appointments ahead of time! You don't want to miss out on this place. 5 stars all the way!

Had my first visit tonight. It's been almost 4 years since I last had a massage at my regular place. I saw this advertisement on tik tok and they were running a January special. I was able to take advantage tonight for a 60 minutes swedish massage. Staff is welcoming and informative. They have a lounge with complimentary tea, water and mints. You get to choose the music in your massage suite I chose zen. I felt very relaxed and would definitely book again.

The most complete massage service I've ever had. I appreciate the details like being able to control the music in your room and button on the table to alert the team you're ready so you don't have that awkward knock or walk in as you change. The fact that heat, aromatherapy and the likes are included is a plus. But, what I appreciate the most about Massage Luxe is how personable the staff and experience is! The ower Christina is connected to her staff, clients and the community surrounding her facility which is great. Everyone I've met from front desk to massage therapists have all been friendly people who I could hold conversation with beyond small talk or transactional exchanges. I see Raven for my sessions. I have an athletic background and still train hard regularly. So, for me, this is about maintenance, recovery, and optimizing my performance in the gym. Raven always has the right pressure, she communicates and adjusts well and isn't afraid to get in there to help with whatever my pain points are that day. I always make sure I have my next appointment booked on my calendar. It's become a part of my training/self care routine and something I look forward to.

Booked with MT Raven and she did a great job! She listened to what I needed and she was very professional. Jessie was a the front desk and she was so kind and very attentive with me as a customer. Definitely recommend people to go and get a massage!!!

Massage Luxe simply best massage experience. I just left from my first massage of the year. I love the rebrand. Not much changed from the experience side. I walk in, they greet me and I sit in the quiet room. My masseuse, Lucilina this time, came and got me right on time. She asked about problem areas and preferences and she wasted no time getting started. The massage was incredible (I’ve had Lucilina now maybe 5 or 6 times) and she was incredibly thorough. It’s honestly the best part of my day every time I go. I’ve had a number of difference people work on me and all of them have been great. See you all again in two weeks.

Very disappointed with my experience. I called ahead to confirm a $39 massage promotion and was told it was valid, not limited to January, and that no additional purchases were required beforehand. Based on that information, I booked and attended my appointment. After the massage, I was charged full price. When I questioned this, staff and management were unwilling to help or offer any resolution, despite the misinformation coming from their end. I left feeling misled and scammed. I will not be returning and would not recommend this business.
