Looked for infrared sauna online and found 3 Degrees, no need to look further. Great atmosphere and even better assistance from Ashley and Renea. Exceptional experience and will definitely be going back soon!

I had a great experience! The atmosphere was serene, with calm music, gentle lighting, and a soothing scent that instantly made me feel at ease. The staff were welcoming and attentive without being intrusive, creating a peaceful environment where I could truly relax. I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and completely renewed. If you’re looking for a quiet escape from the everyday and a place to reconnect with yourself, 3 degrees infrared sauna is a true sanctuary. Highly recommend for anyone in need of stillness and self-care.

i returned to @3DegreesSF for another session and decided to upgrade and include the "salt mist" option… for 20$, the associate failed to mention that the saline pod only lasts for a fraction of the session and didn’t offer to sell me another when it ran out! had I been aware that it wasn’t meant to last the entire time, I would not have purchased the upgrade, as $1/minute is ridiculous considering the effects, which I didn’t feel whatsoever in that brief time… I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UPGRADE!! ……….…………………………………………… thoroughly enjoyed my session @3DegreesSF… the facility is extremely clean and the sense of calm I felt afterwards was so pleasant and rejuvenating. I really enjoyed the hypervibe shake machine as well and felt it really added to the relaxation overall…

Highly recommend! I found 3° after researching infrared saunas and chromotherapy. The benefits are too good to pass up, if you’re a health nut or looking to prioritize your health this year, you’ll want to adapt this practice into your routine. I used the first timers week pass to take full advantage and it did not disappoint. The facility has 9 private booths and inside each booth is a private sauna with a chromotherapy light panel inside. Each sauna has customizable temperatures with a recommended session time of 40 minutes. It’s important to note, infrared saunas operate at lower temperatures so you are able to optimize the benefits with a longer session than you would in a hot stone or steam sauna. Each booth also has its own tv for you to enjoy Netflix or YouTube during your session and the sound plays inside your sauna. If that’s not your thing, you can opt for calming music or none at all while you read, relax or both. Last thing to mention, before your session you have the option to use the Hypervibe machine. The machine essentially utilizes high frequency vibrations to strengthen muscles, joints, and bones while stimulating lymphatic drainage. Using the Hypervibe machine before boots the benefits of each sauna session. 3° offers solo sessions or up to 2 people in a sauna if you’d like to experience it with a loved one or friend. There are month to month options or sessions you can purchase upfront. Customer service and cleanliness is sublime. Towels are provided and each booth is wiped down and cleaned before each use. Anyway, if you’re interested…don’t hesitate. I can happily say your money will be well spent here!

I saw the ad on Facebook and booked my free session. My experience was better than I expected in the following areas: 1. It's truly private. 2. I didn't expect to watch a movie while I enjoyed the sauna. 3. The different lighting in the sauna room was very cool. Reading the benefits of different colors was helpful. 4. Staff was polite and professional. I was presented different promotions and prices, but was not pressured to purchase anything.

First class experience at this sauna! I was greeted by a professional and for thoroughly walked through the process, what to expect and the health benefits of infrared heat. What I love about this is you get your own sauna space. You get a place to store your personal effects plus a TV outside of your sauna, then inside your sauna you can control the heat temp, tv volume (they have Netflix!), and light color. They provide towels and small wet, cold, eucalyptus infused wash cloths. Loved that I had the room for an hour with 40 mins of sauna time. Gave me plenty of time before and after. I felt amazing after my first sauna treatment time and will be back. I highly recommend it! You will feel so relaxed after! What a great experience!

I tried 3 degrees last weekend and I never felt better! The studio was clean and smelled like I was walking into a spa. The staff was extremely friendly and awesome to interact with! I will be signing up for membership very soon! Try 3 degrees i promise you wont regret it.
