Michaela welcomed my hubby and I and explained - in her lovely and calming energy- the benefits of both halo and sauna. I opted for halo red light and hubby did both treatments since he is healing from tendonitis. The studio is decorated and lit to relax you and the whole experience was excellent, with whole body and facial wipes and fans to cool you after your deeply warming treatment. They offer a mini coffee bar with cold water and electrolytes to replenish your body before and afterward. You must visit and make this part of your self-care.

I have been an advocate of saunas my entire life. I have gone to many saunas and maybe I just got complacent with the way that they should be and how they are ran but then I came to Sweat Haven. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Andrea, the owner, I knew that this was something different. Something special. I was thrilled to learn that there was an Infared Sauna in Simi Valley. The place is peaceful and beautifully decorated. The owner is super sweet and friendly. I really recommend having a session. It benefits you and a small business.

This review is long overdue. This place is not only clean, friendly, and professional but the staff is very personable. I go in weekly and it honestly is the place I look forward to visiting most. The benefits of sauna are endless and I see a vast improvement in my health. So relaxing, and the staff are great.

My friend and I didn't know what to expect. We were so pleased. The owner was so pleasant and made us feel welcome. The experience was amazing and we are planning to go regularly. We felt so good afterward, very relaxed, muscles pliable, sweated out those rough toxins. Great place! Try it, you won't be disappointed.

All I can say is wow! I had heard about the health benefits of Infrared Sauna's and when I saw this was nearby, I thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did! I have visited twice in the last week and I have another visit scheduled today. There is so much I love about this place: private rooms, soothing music, lots of clean towels, free aromatherapy, cold water, a frozen towel for the trip home and super nice staff. I sleep better than ever after my visits. Thanks for providing this great service!
