One star because massage lady went from my feet to my face which is so disgusting I washed my face as soon as I got home. Why wouldn’t you start with the face??? Massage person didn’t know how to massage. I felt like my home electric massager did a better job than her. Really nice lady but it just felt like either too much pressure or not enough pressure. And either way it wasn’t a massage more like hands just rubbing. Someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing. I will not be back. Still gave a tip

Well, my back feels alot better, but pressure was too much. It really hurt, and not relaxing. I paid for an hour, but didn’t get an hour, only a half hour. I did tip but only did my back and shoulders and little arms and hands. I’m very disappointed for the price.

I town for the weekend and booked a couples massage. Exactly what the couple needed, super good, wish I had booked longer. Will definitely be back the next time we’re in Scranton!

This place is an absolute gem! The ladies working there are so sweet; and caring of their clients personable needs as far as the pressure of the massage; as well as the temperatures of the "Hot stones". Dimmed lighting; and relaxing music. Me and my Husband walked out completely satisfied with our experience; and we will be going back.

Should have known when they asked me to pay upfront that this place was a trap. Asked for foot reflexology and got put in a room with a woman who had ZERO massage experience and had to take instruction in Chinese from another woman who didn't know what she was doing. Now I know why they wanted cash upfront. Contact me for further details if needed Spa owner.

QUI SPA REVIEW This was my first time at this spa. Had a Swedish deep massage. The therapist was very efficient and thorough. The knots were relieved in my back. I might have preferred the hot stone--this is on my list for another time. A few times I had to remind the therapist the pressure was too strong--otherwise, it was a good experience. The room was quiet, the light was dimmed--I believe there was incense burning (light scent), 30 minutes.

I have been going to massage with Jenny. She is great. My last massage was yesterday. I asked for Jenny. They switched me to someone else in the middle of the massage and it was bad. The girl only focused on my back to the point that my skin was burning. I had paid for 60 minutes body massage and 30 minutes for feet massage. I did not received any feet massage. I am very disappointed with this place.
