I had an amazing experience with this Toni, a delight. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and well cared for. They were professional, attentive, and really listened to my needs. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing and effective—I left feeling refreshed, pain-free, and completely relaxed. You can tell they truly care about their clients and take pride in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality, therapeutic massage.
Their prices are great, and the online booking process was user friendly. However, my actual experience here was underwhelming and disheartening. Mandy did not make me feel welcomed at all. It seemed like she was over her day and would rather had not been there to do my massage. The whole message felt rushed, uninviting and was not relaxing at all. She stopped my massage multiple times to get items/products out of the drawers and cabinets (which I don’t have a problem with), but she was slamming the cabinet doors and drawers and the loudness of the sounds would not allow me to relax. I have had a very stressful month and really was looking forward to having some true relaxation and self-care time, but unfortunately I felt like I should have went somewhere else. Maybe Mandy was having a bad day… but I would suggest NOT taking on a client if you aren’t feeling 100%. Waste of time and money. I will not be returning.
Toni is a wonderful massage therapist! I loved my session with her. Toni is very kind and all about customizing your session to fit your needs. I feel fantastic and already booked my next session with her. Highly recommend!
My wife and I have been getting massages for a very long time. We have only been in Savannah for a year, and are looking for a permanent massage home. Our friend gifted us a certificate here for our birthdays, because she knows how much we love a massage. I am sad she wasted $200. This was probably one of the worst massages I have ever gotten. Let's run it down: 1. We arrived early to complete the (usual) paperwork associated, but there was none. 2. Our therapists asked us if there were areas to avoid, i pointed out my Dexcom but nether my wife nor I had any "avoid" areas. (My therapist promptly lotioned my Dexcom. I should have known right then.) 3. Our therapists asked US who we wanted to pair with - this was our first time here, and we had no idea. We DID explain the while I like a deeper pressure, my wife likes hers light. We asked who would be best for deeper pressure / light pressure, they said either - so we just laid on the tables in the order we went into the treatment room. 4. My massage started face-up, I found it a little odd. There was a face massage, also odd (to me) because I don't really like those unless I am having a facial, and a scalp massage - something I am accustomed to having done once the body massage is over. 5. NO one asked us if there were areas we needed work on. Not the therapsist, there was no form so not the front desk, no one. 6. My therapists hands were ICE cold. I do not know if she washed them in cold water, but they were extremely uncomfortable. 7. My table warmer had apparently "turned off" - which is just as well because the extremely cold hands and a warm table would have been even worse. 8. My "massage" was a glorified lotion-down. Almost no pressure was applied, we had reflexolgy add-ons and boy, was that a waste of money. Again, I am not new to this - there was almost zero pressure. 9. My therapist NEVER asked me if the pressure was sufficient, never worked out any knots, AND finished early. While she waited for my wife's massage to finish, she massaged my scalp so much she gave me a headache and knotted up my hair (it's curly). 10. I can't speak to my wife's experience, except to share that she told me her therapists hands were often dry, she had to tell the therapist to ease up on the pressure (I heard this, her therapist never asked) and she was sore after her massage. She said her therapist was nice but her massage was also really bad. I kept waiting for my therapist to actually START the massage, but by the first half hour, I got the hint that it WAS my massage. It was too late at that point, and my therapist had some serious funky energy. I am not sure if she was sick, if she had gotten bad news, or if she was tired-but it was definitely something you could feel. This was a gift from a friend, so there is nothing we can do. We DID pay for the reflexology that wasn't, but that was minimal. I lef this place with a headache, greasy from the copious amounts of lotion applied, and not at all massaged or feeling like there was any muscular relief. We won't be back. If you like not being listened to and basically just rubbed down wth lotion, this might be the place for you. If you want a real massage, I say go somewhere else.
Ansley was the best. I got a sinus wrap for my face and I can breathe now. She massaged my back, legs, feet and scalp. I feel so relaxed. What a gem in Savannah. They have it decorated so cute for Halloween.
My husband I both had the best massages we’ve ever had! Mandy has magic hands! I also had the best facial by Toni! Very professional and personable. I highly recommend A Perfect Touch Massage! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return on our next visit to Savannah.
Jolene is new to A Perfect Touch and what a gem they have found! Probably one of the best massages I've ever had! She listened to my preferences and accommodated beautifully. Thank you Jolene for treating me on my "Personal Care" day!
