Singapore Family Massage Spa

Booked this massage for my boyfriend and he was so relaxed after! He said it was great and really that's all that matters. I did want to share my experience with the appointment and checkout process, in my opinion it was lacking. Firstly I made the appointment for 4pm, I was called at 3:55 and asked if I could change to 4:30 as they were a little busy, and even said they'd give a $10 discount for the inconvenience which I thought was generous to offer. Was it a a little last minute and annoying, sure, but no big deal. Bf and I went shopping in the area to kill time. We get there and staff was friendly, we looked at the different massages they had for 60 mins which we had already saw online, they are, "Relaxation" ($80) "Therapeutic" ($80) And "Deep tissue" ($90). We were given 2 options, the relaxation or deep tissue. We originally wanted therapeutic and asked about that. We were told no, there is little language barrier so she didn't go into detail why we couldn't get that one. I don't know how massage places work, maybe the person who does the therapeutic wasn't working that day or something? Again a little annoying but okay. We chose the "relaxing" for 60 mins. Massage is done and it comes time to pay. She tells me $80, I politely asked about the $10 discount I was promised for moving my appointment time. She seemed a little confused at first and then said the $80 was the discounted price as she had given my boyfriend a "deep tissue" massage. We did not ask for deep tissue.... She said it in a way that made it seem like she was doing us a favor by giving him a deep tissue (like it was an upgrade or something) but then charged us for it. It was like being on an economy flight and getting upgraded to a first class seat, but then being asked to pay the difference lol. I point out that we asked for relaxation not deep tissue. A coworker came around the corner and talked back and forth with the lady for a minute before she finally said okay $70. It just kinda felt a little scam-y in my opinion. So yes was the massage good, yes! But we will most likely not be coming back out of pure anxiety about asking for one thing and getting charged for another. At the end of the day the masseuse decided to do deep tissue without asking first which I think was wrong. complete communication on what service you are getting and the price of said service is very important, and I think they could have done better.

Anna was amazing! So nice and kind. Speaks good English and makes sure you are comfortable. She’s strong too if you like deep tissue!

Excellent massage experience. The space is spotless and has a very relaxing atmosphere. My therapist was skilled and attentive, and the massage wasn’t rushed at all unlike most places. Great value and highly recommended.

Phenomenal massage! I just had a full body deep tissue and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. 10/10. Also a beautiful space, great low lighting, nice decorations, very clean.

Came in for deep tissue massage and it was amazing! i had mumu and she was really professional and kind. 100% recommend!!

Ana is the best. She gets deep in all of my knots and pressure points. I don’t have to tell her anything, she finds all of the tight spots and works it out. So good!

I cannot say enough great things about Anna and her massage therapy skills. I came in with serious tension and muscle tightness, and she worked absolute magic. Her deep tissue work is amazing. She really knows the body and knew exactly where to focus and how to release deep tension without overdoing it. The hot stones were also amazing and really helped to melt away my tension and warm up the muscles before deeper work. She even used specific oils on places on my neck where I was especially tight.
