Izumi Spa Massage

I had an amazing session at Izumi, and I can’t say enough good things about Angela, my masseuse. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. She listened carefully to what areas I wanted her to focus on and adjusted the pressure perfectly throughout the massage. Angela’s technique was both therapeutic and soothing — she managed to work out deep knots in my shoulders while still keeping the whole experience calm and restorative. You can really tell she knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. The spa itself was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, but Angela is what truly made the experience stand out. I left feeling lighter, looser, and totally refreshed. Highly recommend booking with her — you’ll walk out feeling brand new.

One of the best I have gone to...EVER! FINALLY found a place where they are honest, above board, professional and 100% legal. I simply cannot stress this enough, folks. That alone is worth 3 stars. And really really really good! Makes it 5! Sadly, they don't have one of those spinny ball in the water things at the front desk. I don’t know who is giving these reviews, the whole experience was pretty terrible; the place is dark with covered windows it looks sketch, but it’s actually ok. However, the two women in the front were on the phone and a woman practically yelling at at them and they also called me while I was already there, presumably to remind me of my appointment, which I was already there for. The don’t disclose: - additional fee for oil - additional fee to pay by credit card By the way, both of which, are actually illegal to not disclose. After the massage, I left and walked out, there wasn’t anyone in the front, until I got chased down by a woman demanding me to tip. The masseuse was actually good and hardworking, so sure, i wanted to tip her, but already a terrible experience with the check in and additional fees so the whole thing was soured. I didn’t have cash so they wanted to charge me again on my card ADDITIONAL after I told them what I wanted to tip to make up for the fee!! I said no. They ended up giving the masseuse less of the tip. This place is poorly run by incompetent staff even if the masseuse is good the whole experience with check-in is awful and being chased for a tip is also unacceptable. If they want you to tip they should leave an envelope or have someone in the front when customers are done.

I had a wonderful experience at Izumi Spa. Emma provided a Swedish–Thai massage, and she was absolutely amazing. Very professional, attentive, and skilled—she made the entire session deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. I left feeling refreshed, stress-free, and cared for. Highly recommend Emma if you’re looking for a truly soothing and professional massage experience!

I came here while I was in the area traveling and I found this spa through an online search for spas nearby. I read the reviews and figured I’d give it a try. Very glad I did! The staff were super friendly, the place was clean and relaxing, and the massage was one of the best I’ve had. I did a deep tissue 90 minutes body massage and she really worked out all the knots in my neck/shoulder from traveling. I felt much better after, it’s really a great addition to your day. I would highly recommend if you’re in the area 🙂
