I am from San Jose, went to True You Medical Aesthetics in San Jose, CA to get my lips done. My lip injector was Nurse Michelle and I couldn’t be happier with the pre and post care instructions. Nurse Michelle was able to tailor my inspiration achievements base on photos, my current lip shape and what I truly was aiming for. I truly was scared and nervous because no one wants a botched job. Your lips are your asset too so it is important I asked what I needed to and get the answers. Subtle, soft, refreshed and a bit pouty. We will go with this for now, maybe I’ll stop here or want more. Can’t wait to see the end results once fully healed. Nurse Michelle is so gentle and informative, love her lips too.

I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. I’m 33 and came in specifically for Botox in my forehead only. I don’t have wrinkles around my eyes and made that very clear. I was offered a promotion for 30 units. During the consultation, the doctor insisted I needed Botox in multiple areas, including my eyes, even though I repeatedly said I didn’t want treatment there. He used only 24 units in my forehead and placed the remaining units around my eyes, assuring me it would be enough. After one week, I saw no improvement at all, my forehead wrinkles and expressions were exactly the same. I contacted the clinic and was told to wait two weeks for full results. I then traveled abroad for five weeks. Even after more than five weeks, there was still no change When I contacted the clinic, I was told that Botox must be done in multiple areas (eyes, brows, etc.) because facial muscles "work together," which I strongly disagree with. I’ve been getting Botox for over 10 years with different doctors, and every time it worked perfectly. They did offer a second consultation, but again explained that they don’t usually treat only the forehead and prefer injecting multiple areas of the face. At that point, I chose not to return because I no longer trusted their approach. I felt pressured into unnecessary treatments instead of receiving quality Botox where I actually wanted it. I would not return and do not recommend this clinic.

I live around the corner from this location True You Medical in San Jose CA. From the receptionist to the MA Ashley and Nurse Michelle. I loved how confident Nurse Michelle was. I was very nervous since it was my first time getting lip fillers but Nurse Michelle made me feel comfortable. She explained to me what she would be doing and after explained to my after care instructions and asked if I had any questions. She did a fantastic job on my lips. Am very happy with service and definitely will be going back .

I had a lower face correction procedure with Dr. Thrang and I couldn’t be happier with the results. His work was truly wonderful, very natural, precise, and exactly what I hoped for. Beyond his skill, what stood out most was how kind and approachable he is. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. His staff are equally amazing, friendly, supportive, and easy to talk to. From start to finish, the entire experience felt welcoming and professional. I’m so grateful for the care I received and highly recommend Dr. Thrang and his team to anyone considering this type of treatment.

I recently visited True You Medical Aesthetic in San Jose for lip filler, and I’m really happy with my experience. I came from San Jose, and the clinic was easy to find and had a very clean, welcoming atmosphere. Nurse Thao was the one who did my treatment, and she was amazing. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and was super gentle throughout the process. My lips look natural and exactly how I wanted them—enhanced but not overdone. The whole staff was friendly and professional, and the results turned out great. I definitely recommend True You Medical Aesthetic and Nurse Thao if you’re thinking about getting lip fillers.

The pain was a 2/10 felt it very little. The workers and doctors are really sweet and made me feel comfortable

The staff is so sweet, I mostly interacted with Ashley who's amazing and so helpful with skincare tips!
