Such a relaxing experience! The head spa was incredibly soothing from start to finish. The scalp massage was gentle but effective, the products smelled amazing, and I left feeling refreshed and stress-free. My scalp felt clean and my hair felt lighter and healthier. The space was calm and comfortable, and the staff was very attentive. Highly recommend if you want to relax and treat yourself.

Came here with my daughter for hair spa package that I bought on Groupon, and I added an anti-aging facial. The treatments were good and my skin felt so soft after. Owner is super nice too. Just don't expect a private room if you come with friends. Since my daughter and I were the only customers, we had the whole salon to ourselves so it was fine.

I was truly impressed when I visited Retreat Beauty by Tracy today. The salon is very clean, elegant, and professionally run. Tracy is not only great at hair but also offers Ombre Brows, plasma skin rejuvenation treatments, and hair loss therapy for those struggling with thinning hair or bald spots. My daughter absolutely loved the experience — today was her birthday, and Tracy even prepared a special birthday gift just for her! I also received a beautiful and meaningful Goddess statue as a gift. Thank you, Tracy, for your kindness, professionalism, and warm heart. Trixie did my hair blowout and was very nice and communicative! Used a dyson and the products they use smell fantastic! My sister and her girls and I came for a bridal party hair spa! Ivy did my hair relaxation massage and was very strong (which i need for a very tense woman I am) & was quiet and peaceful! Would come again! 5/5
