Watercube Spa

I don't normally enjoy massages because I'm pretty ticklish, but I really enjoyed this one. I've been a little sore from exercising this week and she was able to get deep into my sorry spots and relax them. She somehow made the hour fly by but at the same time relished every moment. I never felt at any part like she was going too fast or too slow. I feel incredibly relaxed now and will sleep very good tonight.

The place was clean. Average quality massage, but the whole time the masseuse kept mentioning how she doesn't get paid much and how hard she works. Then when it comes time to pay, they pressure you to tip more. Not good business to do that. I always tip a minimum based on the type of massage, but will increase based on quality alone at my own discretion. Will not return here.

The masseuse was extremely rough on my back and didnt even target the area I was having pain in after I specifically told her to do so. As me and my sister were leaving they requested a tip. In my opinion, they didn’t deserve a tip but I felt bad if I didn’t leave something. So I told the guy to charge my card $10 (giving the two masseuses $5 each). He then pointed at a sign that stated "Tip Suggestion 1hr massage $10-20." And I told him that it is only a suggestion I don’t need to leave a tip at all. So after charging my card; I checked my receipt and he had charged me $20! I confronted him and he gave me my $10 back. And to top it off, I wake up the following day with my back super sore. Never coming back here again.

I don't normally write reviews but I had the best experience here at Watercube. I am pregnant and 4 days overdue. I got the foot reflexology with 5 dollars off. You pay the fee in the beginning which takes the awkwardness off of fumbling for tip at the end. The enviornment is very peaceful and serene. They have many rooms for different services and the reflexology chairs are very comfortable. My massage therapist assisted me in support for my back with many pillows. My massage was so wonderful that I was delighted to tip my therapist. The staff were all very accommodating for me and they have many great deals! What a great addition to North Park! There is parking in the back and it's very accessible. I can't wait to come back after baby and bring my husband with me.

I had a wonderful experience with Kathy. She helped bring major relief to my back, feet , hands, arms. It was all around, an extremely therapeutic full body massage. She added complimentary hot stones which I really appreciated. I will definetely be back in the future!

Best massage in town. Clean and nice massage. My favorite is the deep tissue.

Clean and nice place to get a massage. They also have good package deals (3x 1 hour massage for $100). Bring some cash for a tip. I also appreciate the ability to book online.
