The massage was very skilled and physically helpful. However, the session felt too focused on money: even though I tipped generously, I was asked for more and then told to see another therapist when I did not comply. It made me feel like I was valued more as a source of income than as someone seeking real healing. While my body was well cared for, the sense of being truly looked after was lost in the pressure of expectation. I don’t wanna give up on this place entirely because I feel a more genuine vibe from other therapist, however I hope that they will rectify the issue in some way so this won’t happen again or it may be the last time I come to this place.

When we return to San Diego, we definitely need to make time for a massage! I researched nearby options and was impressed with what they offer. It's been so long since I had a Thai massage, and my husband is looking forward to a deep tissue massage. It’s so worth it, and when we go back, we'll try another type of treatment. Prices start at $80, and tips are up to you. The people were nice and helpful with everything we needed, and the atmosphere was amazing and smelled naturally clean!

Booked a couples massage for Sunday 11/21 at 11:15am. We arrived on time and were told there was only one person available to give a massage. The receptionist got the time wrong. The manager continued to argue with me on the time, although I pulled up an email confirming 11:15am. Manager practically begged us to wait until she could arrive. Just totally inconvenient as we’re traveling from OC and don’t want to wait all day.

Massage was okay, but the place is lack luster and you can find cleaner, more ambient spaces for the same price in San Diego. They require you to tip up front, and charge a $5 card fee. Then, at the end, they told me that they gave me a deep tissue, and owed them $10 more dollars plus the $5 card fee again. I nevwr asked for a deep tissue, they told me "well, we decided after checking your body and the massage therapist doesn’t speak English very well and couldn’t tell you." They seemed bugged with a $20 til for a 60 min massage, and then kept asking for more and more money. The massage therapist was pretty good, but didn’t seem thoroughly trained and was also wearing a skirt and got on top of me during the massage? I won’t be back, as I don’t like being harassed or tricked into more money.

I had a 90 minute Swedish massage from Leah, she was fantastic, i can’t say enough good things about her. The atmosphere of is relaxing, rooms are very clean, staff is polite, great place. I’ll definitely keep coming back! Thank you!

Retired RN. I carry all my stress in my back, neck and shoulders. I call it my coat of armor. I have been fired by my therapist in the past..she said I was "too stressful for me". I’ve massaged all over the world. I am a connoisseur. It’s very hard to find somebody who can actually impress me. I work with a chiropractor every 2 weeks. My neck has been so tight. He has been unable to crack it the last three visits. I was an extreme pain one day I was in the area so I decided to drop in. I have been working with LUNA for two months now. And my chiropractor has been able to crack my neck I can actually relax into him. She is a legit therapeutic massage. Strong, I mean strong. I am in awe of her skill. LUNA is a superstar! 🤩

Worst massage ever. Person kept massaging my spine from my shoulders to neck going into head. Kept asking her to stop and saying it hurt and kept doing it. I have been in pain ever since (been two weeks now) and am being sent to get my spine checked with an x-ray by my doctor. On top of that the person and the person in charge were mad that I didn't give the tip they wanted and harassed me about it. Am never going back and if I have any injury you'll be hearing from my lawyer.
