I came to find this massage place bc I could not book an appt at the hotel I’m staying at in Mission Bay. Let me say I’m so glad I came here! They accept walk-in’s and for the 120 minute experience it was way better than I expected. Request Ai Ly to be your gal. I got package B. Dry massage, oil massage, dry massage again, hot oil stones, head massage, feet massage. All with very good deep pressure. Then she gave me a robe and slippers took me to a different room for a full body scrub and hair wash, followed by sitting in a hot dry sauna (w robe) for 15 minutes w a cold bottle of water. You may want package A if you’re not comfy being naked. I saved over $100 compared to what I was planning to spend at the hotel spa for a 90 min massage. My body feels rejuvenated and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Ai Ly!

I am new to San Diego and my Uber dropped me off behind their massage studio and I was confused on where to go. I called and asked for help and the lady at the front desk said: "Can’t you just use Google maps?" in a very snotty tone. I eventually found it. After I walked inside and realized the place was extremely dirty. I also said "why couldn’t you just tell me to walk around the building?" She did not care at all and shrugged her shoulders like not my problem. I would definitely recommend avoiding this place. The customer service is unfriendly and the establishment is dirty.

Update: came back for the same treatment but an hour this time, with a different woman. I asked for hard pressure focusing on the shoulders again, and was very disappointed. Most of the massage was her just rubbing oil over my skin lightly, despite me repeatedly asking for harder pressure throughout the massage. Leaving with the exact same knots in my shoulders that I came in with. She was clearly annoyed that I didn’t give her a tip after, but I didn’t feel like she’d listened to me about what I wanted at all. First experience: Came here for a 45 minute shoulder massage and it was absolutely divine. The staff are very nice and modified their typical massage to give me exactly what I asked for. The experience was incredible, every detail was designed to relax you! And the massage was amazing, I came in with rock hard knots in my shoulders and left feeling loose and relaxed. Definitely recommend!!!

This place is great the staff is friendly and the place has been remodeled clean rooms. Very professional , I’ve never had a bad experience here I get my full time and always feel amazing when I leave. I would highly recommend Holiday spa!!!

Horrible!! Came here with my husband for a 30 minute massage and they didn’t do a good job, all she did was rub oil all over us & kept rubbing oil for 15 mins after that she said we’re done, didn’t even get the full 30 min massage experience. Don’t recomend this place, waste of time & money.

I come back here every time I get a massage because they apply very hard pressure if you ask ask I walk out feeling amazing. Very high quality massage with experienced traditional massage therapists

Jennifer gave me one of the best massages ever!! And I booked last minute too and they were able to get me in. The hot stones were a great touch! Highly recommend!
