1-Star Review I rarely leave negative reviews, but at $400 for a one-hour massage, I feel obligated to share this experience. The massage itself did not reflect the premium pricing. The therapist appeared inexperienced, and the technique lacked the polish and expertise you would expect at this level. The overall value did not align with the cost. After the session, there was an excessive amount of oil left on our bodies, and no assistance or warm towels were provided to help remove it. Small details like this matter — especially when charging luxury pricing. At checkout, I politely asked about applying a military discount before payment was finalized. The receptionist quickly processed the payment and then said it was "too late" because the ticket had already been closed. There was no offer to call a manager or attempt to resolve the issue. I truly hope management sees this review and takes it seriously. At this price point, customer service and overall experience should be exceptional. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

My first experience with Dazzle Dry was not a good one. The polish started bubbling as it was drying. By the time I got home, there were tiny bubbles—no smudges, just bubbles. I did not expect that, plus it is upsetting to pay nearly $200 for a service and it not be perfect. I am really disappointed.

Very serene experience! Chose to celebrate my birthday here and it was truly a wonderful experience. Mr Wally provided my Himalayan experience and he did a wonderful job and did a thorough assessment of my trouble areas. He was kind, thoughtful, thorough and professional. I look forward to returning to this location. So often we put ourselves on the back burner, this experience made me appreciate the need for more consistent self care. Thank you Woodhouse for making my birthday truly a year to celebrate 💫 From the check-in to the check out...truly a top notch experience!!

They provided a great overall experience. This was a gift, and she really enjoyed the massage. The service was excellent and the staff were wonderful throughout the visit. The only downside came at the very end: she was told the sandals were complimentary but was later charged for them, which left her disappointed after an otherwise great experience.

The phone call to schedule was a bit odd. Was she new? Once I checked in, I was escorted to the VIP room for a drink. I chose cucumber lemon water. It was a beautiful room, nice, quiet, relaxing. My eye brow wax and tint went great! And the table I laid in for my service was soooo comfy! The aenestician mixed my custom color. Everything was wonderful!

Every one was superb in making the experience exceptionally relaxing and inviting. I had a facial with Sara. Very much appreciate her input as to what type of facial I needed, when booking we don't know what to choose. Thank you for putting your guest's best interest first.

I finally had the time to revisit Woodhouse at the Rim and I could not be more thrilled with my luxury nail treatment experience. Carolyn was my nail tech today. She was pleasant and interesting and easy to talk with. She is a perfectionist and a people pleaser in the very best ways. My nails (all 20 of them) have never looked for beautiful. Today it was nice and quiet in the spa, the music was calming and my experience was top notch. What a great way to head into the holidays. Getting ready for a trip to NOLA for my granddaughter’s wedding. Thought I would splurge and treat myself to a luxurious day spa mani and pedi. Chose my color and settled back to relax for the next 2 hours. A sweet woman took care of my nails. I told her how I wanted them shaped, which was how they were shaped when I came in. I have natural nails and just needed them trimmed back in length but same shape. Well, maybe there was a language barrier. Idk. I try not to leave bad reviews but I could have done a better job. My nails are not the shape I like. I know they will grow out. I have polish on my cuticles and under my nails. It’s not the best manicure or pedicure I have had but for the prices Woodhouse charges, my nails should be nothing short of lovely perfection. They are not. I am disappointed. I know, first world problems.
