Taichi Wellness Spa Plus

There's nothing worse when someone is used to cheating customers out of their money and come across one that is very familiar with all the services. I can't wait to do a video about this business on social media about Tachi on Huebner in San Antonio TX. This place is a rip off. I really wanted to like them... but when they upcharge you for things you didn't ask for they lose out on customers coming back for continued service. I specifically marked the services I wanted on the sheet provided which was an acupuncture service and a lymphatic massage. She was discussing others services during my acupuncture and I specifically said that I would keep things as is and when I come back she can perform the cupping service. However, the guy that came to do my (supposedly lymphatic massage) was performing a deep tissue. He acted like he could not understand me..So when the original worker lady came in the room i confirmed that I asked for lymphatic massage and told her it seem like it was deep tissue. She told me it was all the same and don't worry I'll be ok, and left out of the room. The guy continued and performed a deep tissue massage on my back area only, for 1 hour (who does deep tissue on the back area only for 1 hour 😡🤬). Then tapped on the back of legs for 4 minutes. (So when was the lymphatic massage performed). I was charged an additional $100 dollars. The 3rd worker at the front desk rung me up and went back and forth about me leaving a tip (last time I checked bad service and cheating your customers out of money means you don't get a tip). The sheet that I marked off on for the services wanted, was marked by one of the workers for a deep tissue massage. Trust me there wasn't any confusion because the original conversation with the lady who speaks English clearly, we never spoke of in any way, fashion, or form the term deep tissue. Im not new to any of this. Ive had them all.

I cannot believe I’m saying this, but I literally went into the business on a complete side expedition. I went in and the lady at the front was absolutely phenomenal. She helped me get tea, vitamins for my depression and ear seed. When I tell you, it was automatic. I’m not even playing. It was very much life-changing. I went to half price books and got some self-development books cause That’s how much it literally changed my life.

Im very disappointed in this company..I go there specifically asking for accupressure done on my shoulder and lower back, and preferred a man. The staff behind the conter says they do Accupressure and i will be getting my services done by a man. So first of all I got a lady about 5 foot, and she ended up giving me a full body massage, and kept complaining to me that her hands hurt... NOT WHAT I PAID FOR! SO now ive got to to find a place that actuality does Accupressure. I will not be going back 🫩

LOVED my Swedish massage. Staff is so kind and very thorough. I feel refreshed and relaxed after my massage and will absolutely be back

I had an amazing experience at this wellness spa! I came in for acupuncture, cupping, and a massage and left feeling completely renewed. The staff was professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. The acupuncture was calming and precise, the cupping helped relieve deep tension, and the massage was one of the best I’ve had, perfect pressure and very therapeutic. Everything felt clean, peaceful, and well thought-out from start to finish. Highly recommend if you’re looking to relax, recharge, or take care of nagging aches and pains!

Great service! My mom and I requested female massage therapists and they accommodated to us and called them to provide our service. Icy did a great job and was friendly. This will be my go-to spot!

It was great service. but didn't like that when I had said to add 10 dollars they of tip they added 20 when I clearly said 10 was to late to correct her she had press okay for payment
