Perspire Sauna Studio

It took me a while to write this review but I highly recommend this place! I walked in early in the morning, and the girl working up front sadly I forgot her name but she had the cutest glasses and she was so sweet and welcoming. She really knows what she’s doing! Shoutout to her for making my visit feel like home. She was caring, respectful, and super informative. I didn’t get to sauna that day but I wanted more information since I was leaving for Europe for a month that day. She gave me a full tour, explained all the benefits, and broke down the memberships and monthly packages in a way that made everything easy to understand. I’ll definitely be back after my Europe trip. Hopefully I see her again and finally get her name because I can’t wait to return and experience the studio!

It is a luxurious and relaxing experience at the sauna studio. They maintain nice clean sauna rooms and provide towels. The cold eucalyptus towel after the session is refreshing. It is helping reduce the inflammation and improve mood. Definitely recommend this sauna studio.

I've visited numerous saunas, but none compare to this unique experience. From the moment I booked my appointment, they personalized everything. Since October, I've been a member here, and I consistently feel a warm welcome, especially when they address me by name. During the initial phone call, they asked about my light preferences ( red, green, blue etc..) and TV channel choice ( Netflix, HULU, You tube) . Upon arrival, I received a brief tour and found my room equipped with a locked door, chair , TV, hooks for purse and a counter top with a wet, cold tightly rolled eucalyptus face towel on a cold tray for me to use after my session. Inside, there's a control panel for lights and temperature, along with a heat-proof box for my phone. The glass room is well-appointed with 3 towels, and surround sound speakers and a bench to sit on ( space big enough for two people). They also have a pay as you go military rate ( it’s not a membership). For members, you can select a room that has a shower which are equipped with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Attire is up to you, minimal clothing, no clothing, bathing suit. My favorite part is the refreshing post-session feeling after wiping down my body with that cold eucalyptus face towel. Super relaxing, one of my best ways to treat myself to some much needed self-care. Afterward, I gather my 4 towels, drop them off, refill my water bottle, and can schedule the next appointment before leaving or via the app.

Incredibly Neat Sauna Experience You're in a private room, and can set the light on your sauna to your preference; in addition, you're offered a cool eucalyptus towel, and can set your TV to Netflix (or as I did, a relaxing Christmas background on YouTube). It's a little out of the way of the city; but if you're nearby, or it's on the way back from your office, definitely worth stopping. 🔥

UPDATE: I have been inspecting the towels for nearly 5 months now on each of my visits. They have gotten way better. Im happy they made a change. I will still bring my own towels. This could've been an easy 5star review, but the past few times I’ve been here the body towels have been disgustingly stained and for the price I pay for a monthly subscription, this is unacceptable! The room set up is beautiful, serene and dark; which makes a perfect environment to hide flaws. If this were 1 or 2 speckles of an unknown stain then fine, but this is blatantly obvious! It makes me wonder what else is filthy in here. BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS and wear shower shoes.

This place is truly relaxing. Found this place through Yelp - the staffs were welcoming and so enthusiastic to tell you about what is Perspire all about. They introduce you from scratch and guide you to your room and provide informations on how to use it. For walk-in, you will get a sauna without its private shower, however for members you will get to have your own. In your room you will have access to different kind of color and a paper entails all the benefits of it. It also gives you access on the TV with YouTube, Netflix, etc. For 40-45minutes, you will have the sauna for yourself. At the end of your session they provide towels for your body and a minty towel outside that really helps you relax. They also have a public bathroom where you can change or just change inside your room. They focus more on Sauna, so this place indeed helps you to sweat and get your skin glowing

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the location as well as the great attention to detail of the staff. Alyssa was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, gave me a tour and explained the whole process to me. The experience was amazing, relaxing and private. I look forward to all the benefits of attending here regularly. I tried red light therapy and the experience is very customizable and user friendly. Can't wait to bring a friend with me next time.
