This sauna is great. Such a great tool to use for recovery and for health. The benefits from using it are so great. I've become an addict, I use the Sauna at least twice a week. Its always clean with plenty of towels and other accommodations, the showers are right across the hall, its so convenient and easy to use. I'm definitely loving it and so glad to have it as part of my health routine. I love the blue tooth speaker option, gives me a chance to catch up on my podcasts.
First time using an infrared sauna and it was great, got super hot and I felt amazing after a 30 min session. Very clean facility with a welcoming vibe. Check it out!
