From the entrance to the last goodbye after your service, everyone is the sweetest. Also, very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you have. I had an incredible facial with Goeun, and I’m still glowing! From the moment I walked in, she created such a calm and welcoming environment. Goeun is not only professional but also genuinely attentive—she took the time to assess my skin and customized the treatment to exactly what I needed. The facial itself was deeply relaxing, and every step felt purposeful and luxurious. She used high-quality products, and her technique was both gentle and effective. I especially appreciated how informative she was, offering helpful skincare tips without being pushy about products. By the end of the session, my skin felt rejuvenated, hydrated, and so much smoother. It was one of the best facials I’ve ever had, and I’ll definitely be coming back to see Goeun again. My very first facial — and Gogo made it absolutely amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide me through the experience. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Recently got a facial done here & let me tell you HANDS DOWN one of the best ones I got!! I wasn’t too sure exactly what I wanted so I did a consultation & the team members were so nice & informing. Ultimately learned that what dermatologist was prescribing me was not benefiting my skin whatsoever. They recommended me two products & of course I bought them!
