I have been a customer of Waterford Wellness for over five years, and during that time have had numerous services and treatments. Michelle is truly exceptional — her professionalism, expertise, and warm personality make every visit a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Michelle’s attention to detail and gentle touch set her apart. She’s knowledgeable about the latest skincare techniques and products, and she genuinely cares about her clients’ overall wellness. I’m so happy with my microblading done by Michelle! My brows look super natural and realistic exactly what I wanted. The whole experience was great; the environment was really relaxing, and Michelle was very clear and helpful about the pre- and post-care steps. She made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for amazing brows!

Michelle was awesome. She did my lip blushing and it turned out amazing. Super sweet, very hygienic, and extremely relaxed atmosphere. I will be going to see Ms Michelle again soon to get my eye liner done.

I have had the privilege of having many treatments from Michelle from different types of facias, eyebrow lamination, and micro blading. She is absolutely amazing at what she does and my face always feels so clean, soft, and glowy after seeing her. She’s also able to take my thin eyebrows and make them look so full and pretty shaped. Highly recommend her and all of her services!!

The moment you pull into the parking lot the place is absolutely gorgeous. Walking in you see and feel luxurious. ⭐️ I arrived at 8:53 ish for my 9 o’clock appointment which was an Essential Facial. Entered the room by 9:02 and started probably around 9:05 ish. Why I went with the Essential: Something to rejuvenate my skin before back to school begins. Cost $80 and 20% off (teacher discount) totaling to $64. ⭐️ (not including the tip) I was scheduled with Donna. Donna is sweet and conversed well. Asked about my career, my husband’s career, kids and that was all at the beginning of facial. The Essential Facial was my first facial here and with Donna. I couldn’t tell you what was done. This was my first experience where the person doesn’t vocalize what’s happening and what is being used and what purpose the product serves to my skin. All I can say was yes product was put on my skin and extractions did occur and lip balm of some sort was applied. The water to rinse face was on the colder side. There was a little upper body massage, neck, shoulders, arms and hands. In total, it was a quick massage less than 10. I didn’t feel confident in checking off that a facial peel was done which took a star away because I did feel beaded exfoliate but nothing peeled. This is also the first facial I have had where the last ten+ minutes the client is left in the room to relax. Some may like this. I was a little puzzled. Comparing to other facials: it’s usually a chance for a head massage or other things for a heightened facial experience. I felt like the blocked time is for 60 minutes but for a 40 minute actual facial. My face did feel extremely moisturized at the end. It lasted the remainder of the day. The session ended exactly at 9:59. When I went for payment there was no rescheduling discussion. Which I always schedule if asked. Will I visit again: possibly for the price.. it’s honorable. However, for the experience of a spa like treat. I’m curious what else San Angelo has to offer. For teacher friends they do have 20% off until the end of August 2025.

Michelle creates a warm and peaceful experience from start to finish. I had a permanent cosmetic treatment for my eye brows and am totally pleased with her artistic work. Her follow up care is kind and assuring. I highly recommend Waterford Spa and especially Michelle Barraza.

The staff seemed somewhat unengaged and lacking in warmth. The overall experience was somewhat lackluster, mediocre massage and not particularly welcoming for male visitors. 👎🏽
