Glow SLC

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Glow in Salt Lake City! For a 2-hour session that cost just $45, this place is an incredible value and offers a perfect escape. The facilities are beautifully maintained and offer everything you need for a complete hot and cold therapy circuit. They have a clean sauna, a spacious steam room, a refreshing cold plunge (around 50°F), and a warm pool (99°F). I loved moving between the hot and cold—it left me feeling so relaxed and energized. Everything from the showers to the lockers to the spa area was spotless and very well cared for. The experience felt well-managed, and I was provided with two fresh towels right away. The outdoor area with yoga mats is a nice touch, and it's a great spot to cool down and stretch. A huge shout-out to the front desk staff, who were so welcoming and knowledgeable. They made the entire visit smooth and pleasant. I can't recommend Glow enough if you're looking for a top-notch wellness experience in SLC. It’s an easy, affordable way to reset your mind and body.

So lovely to have a European bathhouse in Salt Lake City! It's nestled in a quiet area of town and is the perfect place to relax and chill with friends, or alone. They have private or communal changing rooms depending on your comfort level, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. You pay for a time slot and use your time however you prefer. It is clean and simple, and just what northern Utah needed. Looking forward to seeing even more improvements to the space over time... maybe some recommended "journeys" through the hot and cold to achieve certain benefits, and possibly a patio lounge in the summer?

I nearly cried with how a wonderful this plays made me feel. I already knew about the genderless changing rooms, But to go in and be able to use them was beyond amazing. I know it's a pretty small thing but it just made my day. And then when I was out in the spa area or in the sauna, everyone treated me really well. They've cultivated a great environment there and the facility itself was exactly what I was hoping for. I felt so relaxed no matter what I did.

I really love what Glow offers! The staff are super nice and kind. The weekday membership is affordable. The yoga classes are such great offerings and all the instructors offer unique and thoughtful classes. Overall Glow is an excellent environment for relaxation and contrast therapy!

I LOVED David’s Aufguss technique. Very instrumental and cleansing for me. Incredibly friendly staff, and a very nice and relaxing vibe throughout. The cold plunge is always amazing, especially when they have these little egg timers to help you keep track of how long you’re spending in there. Please come to this Glow! DID NOT DISAPPOINT, 10/10!

Such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience! Great setup and kind staff. I had a body scrub in the H2O room with Tru. That was the icing on the cake. I highly recommend her and Glow!

This place is amazing !!! The 6am breathe work class with Kai is truly a blessing genius. All elements together forming a sacred sanctuary for healing rest connections. I enjoy the peaceful music they play and they have everything you need . What a gift this space is treat yourself or indulge daily in water heat steam or refreshing cold . Love this place for sure coming again !
