Tao Massage- Round Rock

I went to this massage studio consistently for almost 2–3 years and always had a great experience. Unfortunately, I had to stop going due to budgeting reasons, but I still highly recommend them. Nok was my go to when I wanted to relax, even during deep tissue sessions, she had a calming touch that melted tension without ever making me tense up. I always left her table feeling lighter and at peace. Annie, on the other hand, was my "get the knots out" therapist. Her deep tissue massage is no joke it’s intense, but if you want results, she’s the one. She’s small but so strong, and every time I saw her, she worked out tension I didn’t even know I had. I couldn’t always relax with her because of how deep she goes, but the therapeutic benefit was absolutely worth it. If you’re looking for relaxing, professional massages with real results, this place is a gem. Just depends on the style you prefer!

It was my first time goimg to Tao and Annie was great! Very professional. The environment was very calming and just so peaceful so you could relax and soak in the moment. I didnt get the lady's name that checked me and out but was super sweet and very welcoming.

Easy to schedule. Lots of different add ons. Front desk was so polite and willing to help. Caren was who did my massage and she was great. Made sure I was comfortable and worked on my problem areas. Highly recommend! They also were not pushy about tips like some places I’ve been.

I am someone who suffers from severe chronic pain and have been getting massages at least once a month for the last 12 years so I have seen over two-dozen massage therapists in that time. I am not exaggerating when I say that the massage therapists who work at Tao are, by far, the best I have ever had. I usually see Caren but I think everyone at Tao is just as skilled. Caren is able to pinpoint exactly where I need relief and she always remembers the areas I need the most focus so I don’t need to keep explaining what I want out of the session. I always leave Tao almost feeling like I need to Uber home because my body feels like Jello. The relief I get from the session carries over multiple days. Usually for me to feel that relief, I need a massage that is deep and painful during the session so I can get that lasting effect. Caren, however, is able to work on me without causing pain and can navigate the troubled areas in a way that is extremely soothing while still providing enough pressure to have the benefit last beyond the session. I highly recommend Tao to anyone that has nagging pain or just wants to get a massage once in a while for relaxation and stress-relief. They also offer a great membership option where you save quite a decent amount of money if you are someone like me who needs massages on a regular basis. The best part about the membership is that the add-ons are all discounted too so if you want something like cupping or hot stone during your massage you can add it on at a good price. I am very particular about my massages because I need a very specific treatment and specific pressure to help ease my pain but I have zero complaints about Tao. I would recommend them to anyone.

Anna D has been my massage therapist twice now and I am so glad I found her!!! My shoulder had locked up the first time I saw her and she worked on it so great! She was very patient and careful. It was extremely painful but she talked me through the whole process. The next day I had about 50% movement of my arm and the 3rd day I had full use like nothing had happened. I just got my second massage by her and this time she did my whole body. It was absolutely amazing!!!! I’m super happy and feeling great!

Had a bomb massage today at Tao Massage with Nok and whew… she did that. The pressure was perfect, every knot was addressed, and I walked out feeling relaxed, refreshed, and brand new. Nok was professional, intuitive, and clearly knows what she’s doing. If you’re booking here, ask for her—no hesitation. I’ll absolutely be back. 💆🏽‍♀️✨
