Serenity Spa & Soul Yoga

My experience at Serenity Spa & Soul Yoga was absolutely amazing. Chi Chi (I believe that’s how her name is spelled) was wonderful and guided me through an energy cleansing session I had never tried before. She was so caring, patient, and truly made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. This was a completely new experience for me, and I didn’t know what to expect, but it turned out to be incredibly relaxing and uplifting. I left not only feeling refreshed, but also with some beautiful crystals, each with its own unique purpose and meaning. Chi Chi took the time to explain them to me, which made the experience even more special. The entire staff at Serenity Spa & Soul Yoga was kind, welcoming, and helpful. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients’ well-being. I am so grateful for the time and care I received here, and I will definitely be returning.

Worst massage of my life! I should have just left. When I arrived they said I did not have an appointment for that day. They had texted me the day before asking if I needed any changes and I asked if I could move the massage to the following week. I never received a response so I assumed they didn’t get the message. She said she did get the message and had moved the massage but it had been a busy day and she forgot to text me back. She said she could fit me in the schedule in about 30 minutes. She asked if I wanted to relax in the salt room. I asked if it was an extra cost and she said it usually was but she would give it to me for free. I had to fill out a very lengthy form on an iPad and it was not relaxing. Someone came in to f do I a meditation for me but it sounded like she was just reading something to me. When I booked I was told to arrive 15 minutes early for drinks and light bites but I was not offered that. I purchsed the stress fix massage and it was not relaxing at all. The massage therapist was coughing the whole time and chatting way too much. She did not work on the areas I asked her to. The massage was sloppy and it did not feel like she was professionally trained. When it was over she asked me if my headache was better and I told her I never had a headache. My sore neck and shoulders did not feel better or more relaxed. I wish I had read all the other bad reviews on here. I complained to the front desk and they told me a manager would call me in the next few days and no one ever called me back. Very unprofessional…I do not recommend!

I had Cilencia for a facial and my Indian Head Therapy. I was so pleased and relaxed. By far one of the best facials I've received. She was very professional and knowledgeable on product and actually used pressure in the massage. My 45 year old skin looks renewed. and healthy again!! Thank you!!!. I found my new skin professional! Love this place.

Absolutely beautiful. I was transported to complete zen the moment I walked in. ALL my favorite things. From curated teas, gorgeous stones, the biggest sage sticks I’ve ever seen!! Love this place!! They have so many goodies to purchase right when you walk in and I wanted everything! I had a 90 minute Swedish massage and it was amazing! The perfect amount of pressure and attention to my problem spots! I added peppermint oil to my service, and it was the perfect addition. I will definitely be back to buy crystals and get another massage.

I want to share my yoga experience with Serenity SPA. I joined the yoga class last November and I love this place. All the instructors and front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. I want to shout out one of the Yoga instructors, Ms. Guide. She helped me fall in love with yoga. She makes me feel that I can not only reach my maximum potential but also extend it. In her class, she thoroughly explained the step by step instructions-- why we do certain steps and how to prevent injury. Her class is always full of energy. If you are interested in getting into yoga, I would definitely recommend this place.

What an amazing and relaxing experience! My friend and I went for her birthday and I’m so glad we did. My 60 minute facial with Mandy was so relaxing, she was super knowledgeable and made the experience really enjoyable! Next I had a 90 minute massage with Felicia and she was the best massage I’ve ever had! She worked out all the knots in my shoulders, and even found some in my legs I had no idea about. Will absolutely be coming back for both again.
