Massages are ok. But Judy asked me to increase my tip TWICE. I offered $5 tip and she asked for more. I offered $10 and then she said "oh, at least $15." I gave $15. I will never be returning again. It is convenient to get same day massage but they provide average service at best.

I just left feeling such relief in my neck and shoulders. I did a 30 min chair massage by Sarah! She was wonderful! Her hands are magic! I highly recommend this place! 🙂

Best massage if you need a true massage. If you want a skin massage not needing the muscle massage, this may not be the place for you. They will quickly knead sore and tight muscles. You may be a bit sore because they pushed some lactic burning acid out. To heal better, drink lots of water to flood the toxins out. I go here for the gentleman that really works on your back. The women are too soft. I am a stress out physically teacher and need them to work out the kinks in my back.

I'm a returning customer who's utilizing many of their services, visiting at least twice a month over the past year and a half. I've purposely withheld my review until now to fairly assess not only my experiences but to see if the staff and their services were consistent. They are consistent. They are kind, professional, responsive, accommodating and their pricing is reasonable. Communication is key, they aren't mind readers. If you know you have sensitive skin or allergies and you have not communicated that to the staff, honestly that shouldn't be counted as a negative against an establishment. You have a responsibility as an adult to ask questions about the products an establishment uses, to keep yourself safe. Be fair!!!

Did it feel good? Yes. Was it a good experience overall? No. Avoid booking online. When we arrived at our scheduled time, the front desk receptionist looked confused—they had double-booked our appointment. Fortunately, the other group chose to walk around the mall while they waited. The facial itself felt nice, but the overall experience was frustrating. We had already paid online when booking, yet after the facial, the receptionist insisted on keeping my credit card on file, had me pull up my bank account, and even asked me to show the PayPal transaction—claiming she couldn’t find the payment. I saw it on her screen, and it was confirmed on mine. I refused to pay again or let them keep my card on file. Whether they were trying to overcharge us or were just completely disorganized, it was unacceptable. To make things worse, my friend and I booked the same service but received slightly different treatments. If it’s the same service, why was the process inconsistent? While I enjoyed the hour of relaxation, the before and after experience was stressful. I wouldn’t recommend this place due to their poor organization.

I don’t understand how anyone could ever say anything negative about this establishment. I’ve been going to Refresh 2-3 times a month for a couple of years now. It’s the only place I’ll ever go. Sarah is such a wonderful person as well as the rest of the staff. I’ve always had superb massages, no matter who did it.

Please don't go here save yourself from extensive pain. Worst massage I have ever had. Some sort of disposable netting over bed so they didn't have to clean sheets after every use. The girl was so rough and applied so much pressure my body is in extreme pain immediately after the massage and the day after. I told her she was doing it to hard but she just continued. At one point she even belched real loud. I go for massages quite often but this was the worst experience I have ever had. I normally check reviews before going and I didn't. Lesson learned.
