Capturing The Essence Salt Cave Redding, Ca

This is an amazing store! Yolondo is fantastic, she really knows her stuff. The salt cave is incredible and peaceful, highly recommend at least 20 minutes. The store is super cool, a lot of natural beauty secrets here and an amazing relaxing experience.

Wonderful place to fully relax the mind, body, and spirit! My daughter (5) LOVES going to the salt caves to play, relax and breathe in the salty air. We make mermaid tails, salt pillows, and lie down to rest our eyes and bodies. It’s a special and necessary treat! Yolondo treats everyone with love and care. It’s a great place to spend time alone, with your girlfriends or bring the whole family!

One of my new favorite places in Redding! I finally went to the salt rooms yesterday. The owner kindly greeted us and had us start relaxing with our feet on some warm salt globes. We filled out our forms as she went over some fascinating details about halotherapy. Then we got to see the rooms and get salty - it was just wonderful! 45 minutes of laying in all that salt...breathing in it, covering myself in it, relaxing in it. Afterwards, I spent a good amount of time in the lobby checking out all the neat items available, and getting to hear details about the different products. The salt lamps were on sale, so I now have a new, large salt lamp and some statement stones, along with the little gift she gave each of us. Great overall experience. I am looking forward to going multiple times a month and getting to see the benefits of halotherapy!

So amazing!!! The salt has helped my lungs & headaches with all of that California smoke! Yolondo is an amazing woman & so gifted in every single way. When you go to the Salt Caves it is like she is inviting you into her sacred abode. It really is a treasure trove of community & health! These are old photos from one of my 1st times there. Yolondo is also a Master Massage Trainer & I’m so honored to have done my Externship experience with her while studying massage.

Wonderful experience. I went for a tent session with my baby, my kitty cat, he has asthma and he’ll have coughing fits so wanted to see if the halotherapy could help me and him. Not even a couple of minutes into the tent session, I was blowing my nose wildly, I was very congested and barely even knew it. I went a few weeks ago and my boy coughed for the first time last night so I think it’s time to get him back in. Highly recommend Yolondo’s help and guidance, looking forward to my first salt cave experience.

This amazing salt cave is a place to feel peace and rejuvinize your entire body! I also got a lamp and the Genesis Stone. Be sure to stop by the store to see all the amazing products. Can’t wait to go back!

The Salt Caves is such an amazing experience! It is so relaxing and peaceful to rest in the room while you have salt therapy for your body. I love to lay down and get my neck in the salt to help reduce inflammation. I highly recommend. My kids love it too!!
