Terrible experience. The massage was below average, and even after I gave a tip, the staff still insisted I give more. When I didn’t, she gave me a very disrespectful look. Completely unprofessional and uncomfortable. I would never come back, and I don’t recommend anyone else to go.

This is not a legitimate massage business, it’s shady and misleading. Total waste of money, and honestly it should be reported. Avoid this place at all costs! 🤬🤬🤬

I have been coming here for years. They offer excellent and professional services. Within 10 minutes I’m relaxed and typically asleep. The location is great and the facility is high end in appearance. You will not be disappointed. Yuki is the best.

I received a deep tissue massage first, and it can be quite deep. Do not suggest if you are in severe pain. However, the nice staff there were able to accommodate me with buy one get half off of a 30 minute more gentle massage. After this I was very happy. Do not suggest this place if you are on a budget. Definitely plan ahead and make sure to leave a decent tip. 👌

This was terrible! Please don’t ever go there. I made an appointment for three people in the same room for 30 min foot massage. When we arrived, they asked us to come back in 30 min. Then they put us in separate rooms. My massager stopped in the middle of working on me to go help a customer at the front desk and returned without washing her hands! My 82 year old mother had a massager who used gloves and they felt like sandpaper. After she finished her feet (which my mom had to ask her several times to be more gentler) she started working on her face! Mind you this is supposed to just be a foot massage. My mom asked her to stop because she was pressing very hard on her face and forehead. Two days after the massage her eyes are still hurting her. Our third person said her massage was too soft! AND, they finished 5 minutes early! It was rough, not sanitary, and very unpleasant. Of course they make you pay upfront. I will never go back and I will be sure to tell others about our experience.
