This is an amazing place! The owner is extremely professional but also hospitable and welcoming. I so appreciated her taking the time to personalize the settings for my sauna treatment to be sure it was a benefit for me during my cancer recovery. I found the whole experience very relaxing.

Book a sweat and change your life! This is therapy for the mind and body. The facility is always spotless and the people are quiet and polite. I like to combine an extended session with the extra 10 minutes with a crystal bowl sound bath experience on Spotify. Sending the toxins out of my body and good vibrations into my mind and soul. It does truly change your life!!!

CYL Kansas City has done just that - changed my life!  The infrared sauna studio in Kansas City is one of the most relaxing experiences I've had in quite some time.  The studio is so welcoming and calming and I make a point to visit every time I'm in town.  Infrared sauna has done so much for my physical recovery and mental wellbeing and I wish I was able to fit the sauna studio into my schedule every day!  Kudos to Amanda for creating a space that no one else can replicate.
