Q Massage SPA

First off, the massage was very good. The one star is specifically for the owner and his poor management. My husband purchased me a certificate for Valentine’s Day for a massage. I went to use it in December. When I presented the certificate, the woman wanted to take a pic and send it to her boss. I was first told that it was for a facial. I called my husband to confirm he bought it from there and it was for a massage and he said yes it was and he would never buy a certificate for a facial because he’d never seen me get one. After I spoke to him I told her that he did get it from here so she wanted to call her boss back. The owner then said the certificate did not come from there so I called my husband back. I asked if they had certificates that looked like this and she said yes, so I asked her if they kept receipt books and she acted confused. I was already very disappointed that I had to go out of my way to find a bank statement showing that it came from there. They made it even worse by trying to make me seem like a liar saying it wasn’t the same day because the certificate was purchased on 2/13, but the transaction was processed by the bank on 2/18. I just couldn’t believe that I had to prove that something was purchased from this establishment even with having a certificate showing it was. That is very poor management on the owner and I will never return here again.

Awesome place, Yoyo is a professional, and knows the job

It was just okay. Certainly did not receive a deep tissue massage.
