Contour Day Spa

Been going to Contour Day Spa for over five years and have seen only minor updates over time. The massages remain relaxing, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. However, the overall experience feels less warm than it used to. The entrance is overly lit, with more lights in the lobby than in the parking lot, creating a rather cold arrival. Staff greeted us kindly but reminded us about arriving 15 minutes early in a way that felt more like a lecture than a welcome. The décor feels outdated, and the women’s locker room would benefit from a small bench or surface for bags and clothes. The men’s locker had no soap, showers need upgrades and remove carpets. With a few updates, ambient lighting and a friendlier check‑in approach, this spa could easily elevate its experience.

I had the most amazing facial and massage experience with Isabel! From the moment I walked in, her energy was calming and welcoming. She took her time to understand my skin and exactly where I hold tension, and tailored everything perfectly. The facial left my skin glowing, refreshed, and incredibly soft. Her massage was just as incredible. Every movement felt intentional and relaxing, and I left feeling completely renewed and stress-free. Isabel truly has magic hands and a beautiful spirit. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about your experience, she is the one to book. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Contour day spa did the best job on ensuring our bff Allana had a relaxing fun spa bachelorette day! We each got Swedish massage, jacuzzi and we booked the private suite- which Nancy helped us do. I can’t even begin to express my thanks to Nancy, we had the best service with her and all of our massage therapists (mine was Robin, she is so sweet and did a great job!!). Unfortunately, I was not overly impressed with this place. My boy's got me a gift certificate for my birthday and I was very excited for my 90 minutes of relaxation. You cannot book the appointment online if you have a gift certificate, which itself is not a huge hassle, just a small inconvenience. I booked for a lavender salts, scrub and massage with reflexology,appointment was for 90 min. Mind you I have never had a spa massage with salt's scrub before so I was not sure what to expect. The massage itself was way too light to be relaxing.Felt like a two year old was massaging me not very fluid and way too light.She spent maybe three minutes on total arms & legs that was it. The reflexology that was supposed to happen was non existent, didn't even touch my feet or my hands. The lavender salts scrub they should definitely warn you when you book appointment to bring swimsuit bottoms and top if you're modest as you get wet from neck down. If she had not suggested, I sit in the steam room for the last 15 minutes The whole appointment would have maybe been an hour ten minutes not the 90 minutes it was supposed to be. I definitely felt bad telling my boys that they spent $200.00 and I was not impressed, or relaxed. Don't think I will be back and can't say that I would recommend them either. To top it all off they make you pay for the tip before the appointment.

I had the pleasure of experiencing a massage with Maya, and it exceeded my expectations in all departments. She was super sweet, inviting, honest about what to expect and how she mixes in her own special kind of therapies. Nothing short of amazing. I'm sure there a plenty of wonderful therapists at Contour, but I will definitely be back for her. ✨

I share the birthday sign of Aquarius with my sister. Contour Day Spa’s message specialist was so gracious to make an appointment for us at the last minute. I gave Judith an early gift. But the greatest part of this experience was bonding with family. The time with Shamaya and Merek was so professional. The team showed in their talents under pressure. Thank you so much for the care you showed us.

I met Kristen at a social event hosted by one of my networking meetings. I took advantage and’s got a quick massage. I didn’t realize how beat up my body was until that moment. So I scheduled an hour and a half massage yesterday, before a CrossFit competition to see if it would help. It is more than obvious she loves what she does. She is very passionate about her career and it shows. In addition to the massage being great, she is such a kind person. Highly recommend working with her. I know I will schedule another one soon
