I recently visited Aoki Head Spa in Plano with my daughters and niece, and the experience was absolutely incredible! From the moment we walked in, the spa was spotless and beautifully maintained, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable right away. What truly stood out was how accommodating they were to our group. They went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a wonderful experience, paying attention to every detail and making us feel like VIPs. The treatments were amazing, and we left feeling refreshed and pampered beyond our expectations. If you’re looking for a clean, professional, and genuinely caring spa experience, I highly recommend Aoki Head Spa. We can’t wait to come back!

One of the best facials I’ve had. I left with my skin glowing and noticed an immediate improvement in the texture I was experiencing. I really appreciated the use of technology to identify current and potential problem areas—it felt thoughtful and thorough. Katie was wonderful: kind, patient, and very gentle, and she explained everything clearly throughout the entire process. This was an excellent first-time experience at Aoki Head Spa and Skin, and the complimentary tea was a lovely touch.

I recently visited Aoki Head Spa in Plano for their Japanese head spa treatment, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the scent of the essential oils they used was incredibly calming. The team took their time to thoroughly cleanse my scalp and walked me through every detail about my hair and scalp health, which I truly appreciated. In addition to the deep scalp cleanse, I received a wonderful head and shoulder massage that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. They also applied a blend of nutrients and vitamins tailored to what my hair and scalp needed most. After just one session, I felt a noticeable improvement my scalp felt healthier, and my hair looked and felt significantly better. A special thank you to Serey, who provided outstanding care and made the entire experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place that genuinely focuses on scalp health and relaxation, I highly recommend Aoki Head Spa. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Very surprised by the reviews here and won’t let it deter me from being honest. This was my first time at a head spa, but I schedule a spa or massage experience every couple of months and will go to a variety of types of establishments. So while I maybe did not know exactly what to expect, I cannot disagree more about the experience being very relaxing (which is what most reviews say here). And it’s the first time in a long time that I have felt compelled to complain about what I know is a privilege and "luxury" experience. Main positive is that my hair does feel softer and a bit more hydrated (my hair and scalp lean toward dry), with this being 2 days out. And staff was generally nice; my technician’s name started with a K is all I remember. But I spent way more than anyone should on the Love me More package + extra 15 min of head neck shoulder massage, with minimal relaxation. It was max 15 total minutes of massage (so not sure how it was an EXTRA 15 min) and otherwise an hour of my head being scratched by some kind of stone over and over again. Maybe a quick review with guests about what to expect would help? Or maybe just my technician was heavy-handed? Honestly don’t even know what to suggest. I guess, overall, my opinion is: if you want your hair to feel clean and nice, this place will likely do that (or go to the hair salon for a good wash & treatment for way less cost). If you want relaxation, a full body 90 min massage will cost the same or less and meet that goal. If you want a hybrid experience, but way more emphasis on the hair feeling nice than the experience feeling nice, I guess this works!

My daughter treated me to the most amazing Korean Glass Skin facial as an early birthday present & it was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had! Tiffany was so attentive and did an incredible job! The owner, Jihee, was so very kind and knowledgeable on all the services. They have done an amazing job transforming this location to an incredible zen spa. We will definitely be back!

I recently visited Aoki Head Spa & Skin, and I was genuinely impressed. The space is clean, calming, and beautifully decorated — it instantly puts you in a relaxed mood as soon as you walk in. The staff were very gentle, professional, and attentive throughout the entire service. The head spa treatment was incredibly soothing, and I loved how detailed and mindful they were with every step. My scalp felt refreshed, my tension was gone, and I walked out feeling lighter and re-energized. If you’re looking for a peaceful, high-quality head spa experience in the Plano area, I definitely recommend this place. I’ll be coming back for sure.

I had the Love Me More scalp treatment with Adria at Aoki Head Spa & Skin, and the whole experience was amazing! My girlfriends and I went together for a little getaway, and every single one of us left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and completely satisfied. Adria was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and made my first-ever head spa treatment so memorable. She explained everything, checked in on my comfort, and created the most calming atmosphere. The treatment itself was soothing, intentional, and honestly better than I imagined. They also have a heated toilet seat!!! We all agreed we’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend Adria and Aoki Head Spa & Skin; a definite 5-star experience!
