The Ripple

My brother and I came to the Ripple for the sauna/cold plunge experience. This place was SOOO incredible. It smelled amazing walking through the door. There's a collective of health and wellness businesses in this building. Walking into the contrast therapy room it smelled faintly of essential oils. The hot and cold pool/plunges were incredibly clean. White tubs made the cleanliness obvious. There are two sauna options and an individual steam room. My brother liked the steam room best, my favorite was the infrared sauna. I love red light therapy. Cost: $80 for two of us at 3 hours (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) Cleanliness: Amazing. I loved that it smelled good too. (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) Vibe: Plants and slow-beat, relaxing music, low lights mixed with natural light made this relaxing (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) Cold plunge: Two pools, super clean, one set at 60 and one in the 40s. Not the coldest options available but major points for having white tubs that highlighted the cleanliness (⭐⭐⭐⭐) Amenities: a couple of lounge areas, filtered water and several tea options. They also had rosewater and a complementary salve to put on your skin to help with dryness in the sauna. (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) Customer service: the website and booking was easy to use. The lady who greeted us was a lovely woman. I believe she is the co-owner. She made us feel both welcome and cared for. (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) This was an above average sauna and cold plunge experience. SOOO great, very affordable. The only potential con is the parking so come a few minutes early in case you have to park further and walk. It's SOO worth the visit!

Can I just say, I love this place! It has chased away both my tension and my winter blues. Ripple is a super laid back place where you can chat with friends or have your own quiet internal experience. Either way it’s a fantastic place to connect with your body again, calm your nervous system, and relax. Everything is super clean and the staff is beyond kind. Ana at the reception desk is such a lovely and welcoming human. There is tea and rose water and places to hang out if you need a break. Prices are super accessible as we all need wellness! Go visit Ripple, you deserve it.

Stumbled upon the Ripple when we were in town for Pitt graduation - the best start to our Saturday morning using the saunas, hot tubs and cold plunge. Beautiful space, lovely owners! Wish this was in our hometown, would come all the time!

A great place to relax with a couple of friends. I lounged with some friends in the saunas, hot tubs, and dared each other into the cold plunges. The Ripple team is very welcoming, and the space is comfortable and clean. This is for the folks who want to chill!
