Here is the dream team you need to book with: • Kahilea (The Head Spa Queen): I experienced my treatment in their brand-new room, and it felt like stepping into a fairy wonderland. 🧚‍♀️ Between the steam, the scalp massage, and the ethereal decor, I’ve never felt more relaxed in my life. • Alex (The Skin Whisperer): I went in totally undecided, and she created a super customized facial that addressed everything my skin was craving. I received a 75-minute Synergy Massage and a 100-minute Rejuvenation head spa treatment, both of which were thoughtfully tailored to my needs. The team was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and highly knowledgeable about the products they use, taking time to explain the benefits for both scalp and skin health. I was also treated to a mini facial that left my skin feeling refreshed, radiant, and nourished. The massage provided the perfect balance of therapeutic relief and relaxation, and the head spa treatment left my scalp and hair feeling the cleanest and healthiest they have ever felt. I came here to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and it was such a cute place! I loved the ambiance, the serenity, and especially the relaxation room, it really set the tone for a calming experience. The head spa with the light body rub (hands and feet) was nice and relaxing, but not quite what I expected. I thought there would be more actual scalp massage and less of the "washing/rubbing" of my hair. While it was enjoyable overall, I felt the service was a little overpriced for the experience and time. I’m really glad I tried it, but I don’t think I’d book the head spa again. That said, I would definitely consider coming back to try a facial or a traditional massage here because the atmosphere is wonderful.

I visited the Sanctuary Head Spa in Pineville for the first time and it was absolutely incredible. The space is beautiful, calming, and thoughtfully designed, creating a truly tranquil experience the moment you walk in. My massage was nothing short of amazing, one of the best I have ever had. The entire visit felt luxurious, relaxing, and restorative. I cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning.

The Head Spa Sanctuary in Pineville was omg amazing and surpassed what I expected . It was peaceful and relaxing and just what I needed before delivering my sweet baby girl. Lauren did an amazing job with my facial and belly facial. My skin felt soft and smooth and I was definitely glowing. Kahilea was fantastic with my massage and foot soak. My massage was absolutely needed and the foot soak was sooo relaxing. The tea I had was delicious as well and Kahilea came back to check and see if I needed more warm water and if I needed anything. They both were attentive to my every need and catered to my every request. I plan on going back as much as I can and take full advantage of everything they have to offer!!!
