I felt so pampered at Midwest Wellness Lounge! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and I received the best care. Tracy is very knowledgeable in so many areas of health and wellness. I was glowing after my facial treatment and facial massage. 10/10 recommend! Thank you Tracy ❤️

I had such a great experience at this spa! I did cryotherapy and the EXO Pod full-body LED therapy, and I truly noticed a difference—especially in my neckline, which Tracy focused on. That small change made a big impact on how I feel and see myself. Tracy is such a sweetheart and just a great person overall—so kind, caring, and knowledgeable. The spa itself is peaceful, affordable, and has so many amazing services. I’m very picky when it comes to things like this, and I would not be saying this if I didn’t really mean it. I give it a 10 out of 10! If you’re looking for a glow-up or a confidence boost, this is the place to go.

With her knowledge and expertise we decided on the Cryoslimming treatment for my stomach area. So far I’m seeing incredible results and couldn’t be happier! We just added the Exopod red light therapy to my plan. I will update soon w results for both. I highly recommend Tracy! Go see for yourself and visit her for a consultation. I’ve been using the CryoSlimming, Red Light Therapy, and ExoPod treatments and have seen visible slimming in my stomach—which has been so encouraging! But more than that, the experience provides total-body relaxation and peace of mind. Tracy creates such a peaceful setting and clearly has a true passion for what she’s bringing to the Chillicothe and Peoria area.
