I was a bit skeptical as this was my first time getting my eyebrows tattooed. I was just very impressed with the professionalism and the result. I am receiving constant praises as to how it turned out by friends and family. I would highly recommend J Beauty Studio to fellas like me. I never realized how much my eyebrows could change my confidence until I came to J Beauty Studio. The owner is amazing so meticulous and really knows how to create the perfect shape for your face. The whole process was so comfortable, and the results were even better than I expected. Every time I look in the mirror, I can’t help but smile, and people keep asking where I got my brows done. I am writing this review because of J Beauty’s shady business practices. Beware of this place of this place scamming elderly people. They took my mother’s card info after one session and set up a monthly charge of $160 without her permission, and for no other services rendered. She called in the business to ask them what the charge was for and to have them remove it from her card, but they ignored her and kept processing the charge. I also tried to call them on behalf of my mother and was ignored. Since they will not address a prior customer’s concerns, I have no other choice but to warn others. Edit: Responding to the business owner's response below since I can't directly reply. It's very apparent that you gave my elderly mother the impression that she was signing for a one-time service. You mentioned a cancellation fee (your acknowledgement that she did try to contact you to tell you that it wasn't what was explained to her), but this "one-month cancellation fee" was an ongoing charge for several months until she had to dispute. You had her credit card number and you kept charging it, plain and simple, even when she FAIRLY tried to tell you first that it wasn't what she signed up for. And she tried to call again and you ignored her. And I tried to reach you a few days ago and you ignored me. What this looks like is you saw a woman in her 70s walk into your store and saw the opportunity to keep charging her through obfuscation and misdirection. Again, I tried to contact you directly so that you could explain, but you ignored it. And your reply only confirms my suspicions about your unscrupulous intentions with my mother. If you were running a "fair" business you should actually listen to your customer's issues instead of a hair-trigger reaction to charge "cancellation fees" (which again I think is a disingenuous explanation for multiple charges of $160).

The staffs were very kind and helpful and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and well decorated. There were beverages, coffee and tea for the guests as well. After number of laser procedure, my skin feels smoother and spots have been lighter. I strongly recommend to visit this shop.

The team is always kind and goes above and beyond to make every BOTOX treatment as comfortable as possible. They truly have the best skill in Colorado, and I highly recommend everyone come here, If you’re getting BOTOX, This is the one place to go👍🏻

Miracle worker! I walked in to a beautiful place with the worst messed up eyebrows you could imagine. And walked out with the biggest smile. She was so kind and did such an amazing job!
