Always beyond happy here! Chelsea and Esther are both so great and completely trust them to point me in the right direction. Their prices are amazing. I'm a lifer here for sure ❤️😁 I drive from 1 hour away and I'm not mad about it one bit, Tanzania is totally worth it! 🎉❤️

My first time there and I can't wait to go back. Sam was so pleasant and knowledgeable. She walked me through everything and made sure I didn't have any questions. Went in the cocoon pod and loved it!

Good place to tan but new owner has zero customer service skills. Not friendly and very rude when speaking to clients. Even bad mouthing the previous owner. Will never return or recommend. Bad word of mouth travels much faster than good! ***note after your response...you sent me the ONE reply you had given me and you sent me the proof of my emails, I had multiple after that, you never responded to any of those. It is not free if it was paid for...I agree you offered some extra wks, the reason I declined was due to your awful attitude, exact words from my text were: No thanks, the way you spoke to me on the phone is not a place of business I would like to support or return to. So great job 👏 Also you blamed the poor book keeping on the previous owner, so if you owned it then I am not sure who were blaming it on. I have never asked you give anything away, I love supporting small businesses, yours just will never be one I will again.

I had previously posted an unhappy review, which after calming down I took my issue to Rachel, who in turn presented my situation to Esther owner/manager. They solved the situation with professional customer service courtesy. I regret having given an unfavorable review in the heat of the moment and should have waited.
