I use the infrared sauna once a week as a post workout recovery treat and my legs have been thanking me! The heat helps everything relax and my hamstrings feel a lot looser after a good sweat! While the heat can be intense, having Netflix to distract you during the session is super helpful and I can usually get through at least one episode of a show while I sweat, which does make the time go by quicker! Highly recommend if you're looking to try the infrared sauna for the first time, or if you're looking for a little post workout recovery time! Be prepared to sweat!

I had such an amazing and relaxing experience at The Body Lab in Orange. The infrared sauna was incredible and even connected to Netflix, so I could unwind and watch a show while detoxing. I also tried the cold plunge for the first time, and even though I was a little scared, Amy made me feel completely comfortable and encouraged me through it. The atmosphere is peaceful, clean, and welcoming. Everyone who works here is so kind and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Amy also carries amazing skincare products, which is such a great bonus for anyone who loves self-care. I highly recommend The Body Lab to anyone looking to treat themselves and just relax. It’s the perfect place to take care of both your body and your mind.

My mom and I have been coming here for years and it is wonderful! Amy and staff are so sweet and everything is always very clean! On top of using the infrared saunas, Amy also provides the BEST facials that are individually catered to what your skin needs. Highly recommend this place!

I signed up for a membership and now I think I need to cancel. I like how close this location is to my house but since day one, it’s been anarray of problems. First, I was told that the hours were changing after I signed up and that they were open less. Then I was told that prices increased. Then I went in for my second session and I was given ripped towels with someone else’s lint all over them, then I was escorted to one room where I was told the lightbulb doesn’t work and I was given an option to go into the room or the room that works. I noticed that there was a gap in the door and it doesn’t shut completely so there’s no privacy. So I just kind of feel like the owner doesn’t take care of the equipment and the place is falling apart yet they want more money and they want to be open less. Last thing I was told that the water dispenser was broken. Start treating your business with the love and care deserves before you start asking customers for more money.

This place is amazing! Started as a New Year’s resolution and still going. It’s the best part of my week. I have an Oura ring and I have the best REM sleep after Sauna. Amy is the greatest. Keeps all the sauna clean, gives you cool towels. Has a great skin care line in store with clean ingredients. Best self care out there detoxing with a sauna session at the Body Lab.

I’ve been using the Body Lab for infrared sauna for years and love it. Today I got the most majestic facial massage and other bespoke facial from the owner, Amy. It was wonderful and it also enjoyed her presence.

A Pretty, clean and nice space. Only thing I wish they have a lock on the shower & partition it- separate its use as the dirty laundry some mixed use room. It has potentials. You're going to sweat from the sauna.. and I don't want to go out to my car in it and have to go straight home sometimes, run my errands, but icky stuck with the sweat. A quick 2-5 minutes shower is all one needs to feel clean.
