Ocean Spa Massage

So amazing!! My sister and I went here for a walk-in and got a quick 30min massage - it was a great experience, and the best birthday gift ever!! Everyone is very kind and welcoming, they direct you to your rooms and check in with you during the massage too! The massage itself was amazing! I was helped by April, and she was just the best!! She got all of the body's hotspots, and then focused on the areas I needed it most. Afterwards, both April and Julie were so kind and wished us well - they also gave us water and hard candy on our way out 😊

My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage and he made a reservation for 10:30. They don’t write the reservation correctly so they told us we had to wait until 11. My masseuse kept leaving the room several times to answer calls or go to the front office and didn’t wash or sanitize her hands in between leaving the room. She and my boyfriend’s masseuse also kept talking throughout the massage taking away from the relaxing experience. My massage was also basically her rubbing my body with oil without any pressure except for my upper back where she kept going over it fast and roughly. And my boyfriend and I were supposed to have the same massage but I was getting stretched into Scorpion poses and he wasn’t not. Then when we were leaving, we wanted to leave a $20 in total since my service didn’t even feel like the full 90 minutes since my masseuse kept leaving. Then they kept trying to say to give them $20 each instead. They kept pressuring us for a larger tip which was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Overall, probably the worst massage experience I’ve ever had.

It's so clean. The massage technique is really good. Apple's massage for me is really professional. I highly recommend her. My husband and I really enjoyed it in the couple's room.

I had a Swedish Deep tissue massage yesterday and was very pleased with the service. Thanks to Toolie, on her expertise, especially the walking on your back & thighs & popping on certain areas. It was my first time experience, it actually felt good.I did mention my tight neck & shoulder issues, she worked on it & had tremendous relief. Thanks again.

Paid 73$ for a deep tissue massage. Worst experience and massage I’ve ever gotten! Not even 3 minutes in I knew I was going to be so mad cuz I already paid before I got the massage which was also a red flag. Horrible service and the massage was down right bad ! My son could have done a better job. And especially for that amount of Money . Sheesh never coming back here 👎🏻

demanded a certain amount for a top i offered something else and kept demanding a higher tip which they have done in the past to me, and on top of that i paid for an hour and got a 50 minutes massage. my partner forgot his phone and we had to go back and then they asked for a tip for the phone back just ridiculous service and for this to happen on multiple occasions so unprofessional

My wife and I went in for a couples massage with rose and April, I had rose and she was fantastic. I’m a bigger man and she was able to get deep into my muscles and bad hip. I feel nice and relaxed. My wife had April and said she was able to get to her problem areas really nicely. We both did the 60 minute hot oil massage, next time I’m going in for the hot rock 90 minute.
