Received this as a gift. The first time i got a message stating that my appt was canceled due to a family emergency which i can understand . The 2nd time my appointment was canceled because something came up. I take time from work .i also dont appreciate getting a call the day of my visit . So unprofessional KARA.

Absolutely unprofessional. On the day of my massage (after having arranged for a baby sitter), I received a text from the spa that my appt is cancelled due to a "family emergency." I was understanding, considering the difficult times, and texted back to inquire if there is an opportunity to reschedule. I received no response and it’s been over a month now. I think this establishment uses Groupon as an ad platform and they do not care to follow through.

I went to SPA SONO for an Anti-Aging Facial with LED Therapy and KARA did an amazing job, I done many facials in my life before but nothing like this before, I was so relax and KARA made me feel so comfortable, and not even talking about how my ski look after, definitely beautiful and younger, first time I can notice the difference after a facial. Thank you Kara and definitely going for my next one. I LOVE IT. ❤️

have called multiple times to use the groupon i purchased but i guess they are doing so well that they dont want the business because no one answers and no one has returned my call. Thankfully Groupon refunded me this.

My appointment was cancelled the first time, then the second time it was confirmed on multiple platforms and she didn’t show up. Seems like I’m not the only one...
