Rafole Organic Spa

I went yesterday. This was my first time going to the spot and I’ve only had one massage on the past. The location is really clean. I had a deep tissue massage with Jasmine and you can tell that she’s very experienced and professional. Just tell them what you do and don’t like and they will adjust accordingly overall very pleasant experience for a very reasonable price. Cost for a 60 minute massage was $60 with recommended gratuity of $20-$30. Well worth the cost for the service. Overall would return.

Kathy is amazing! She got a new place here in Northridge/Reseda and it’s even more amazing than the original place. The entire spa is brand new, she has customized heated beds, a beautiful waiting room. Call for appointments first and you need proof of vaccination! Check in at the front and you’ll fill out some paperwork of specific points of the body you want to focus on, what kind of massage you want, and what kind of pressure you like. All the therapists here are so amazing at what they do. My sister, my mom, and I came out all refreshed after such a long week. Pictures are included. I only got an after picture of the room bc I was so excited 😂 We love this place and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much Kathy!

So excited for the new location of Rafaole! The interior is all new, clean, and spa-esque. The oversized tables are sturdy and amazing. I’m just not comfortable with the flimsy tables at some locations, being a bit oversized myself. The linens are clean and cover every inch of the table, including the face hole. I’m always wary of how many people have their face in the face hole, and now it is completely covered/sanitary. There are so many well thought out touches, including the memory foam face pad, which is 100% more comfortable than the gel pad. There’s plenty of parking finally! Rafaole is now on the first floor. Massage quality is the same hidden neighborhood gem! They are skilled, talented, professional, and deserve every bit of respect and praise. It’s just all around an amazing experience. Went to see my favorite masseuse, and I left feeling like I came back from a vacation. After all, the massage experience is all about the massage therapist, so it’s great that these added luxuries come with my favorite masseuses from the old location! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a mini getaway. Your muscles will thank you!

Excellent Massage , first got gifted a massage by my gf and ended up getting a Swedish massage, oil, hot stones and it was very nice , I would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of visiting. I Came back a second time and got the traditional Thai style massage and while that one was awesome also… I think I preferred a combination of the Swedish and deep tissue massages better. They also have a sports therapy massage , and since I have some planter fastiatus pain and have a very demanding job where I’m lifting lots of weight through out the day, I have been thinking of trying the sports massage next… Super professional masseuses and calming / relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend 10/10 , Check them out! 👍🏽

I had a wonderful experience here! The masseuse was very friendly and was always asking my comfort level with the pressure and the heat from the hot stones. They kept me respectfully draped, and the music was soothing. I would definitely go again, and go for one of the longer massage times!

I've been suffering from a lower back pain for 2 years & still the pain comes and goes. Today my whole right leg was stiff & It was so hard for me to function. I found this place on yelp & booked an appointment immediately. The front desk lady was soooo nice & Michael who took care of me was so experienced, respectful & knowledgeable. It's insane how my pain is gone now. I'd definitely go back to this place & recommended it to all my friends and family.

Review of Rafole Organic Massage I recently visited Rafole Organic Massage, and my experience was far from satisfactory. I booked an hour-long massage but only received 45 minutes. The massage itself was lacking in technique and left much to be desired. I expected a relaxing experience, but unfortunately, it fell short. To express my appreciation, I tipped the therapist $10, but that didn't seem to matter. I was shocked to find out that I was red-tagged for not tipping enough, which felt incredibly unprofessional. To make matters worse, I witnessed a guy being chased to the parking lot simply because he didn’t tip. That kind of behavior is unacceptable and really soured my impression of the place. Overall, I cannot recommend Rafole Organic Massage. The service was not worth the price, and the atmosphere felt more about pressure than relaxation. Save your money and look elsewhere for a truly rejuvenating experience.
