Tokyo Massage

We went for a couples massage with high expectations, but the experience was very uneven. My husband was treated by a male therapist who was excellent: very professional, never interrupted the session, and provided a continuous massage for the entire hour. His technique and dedication were noticeable. Unfortunately, my experience was very different. The therapist who treated me left the room at least 3 or 4 times, constantly interrupting the session. At one point, we were even brought a form to fill out in the middle of the massage, which was very inappropriate and completely broke the sense of relaxation. I think after that my therapist wanted to fix that with hot stones for me. In addition, the door to the room was never closed, so we could hear the front door bell and conversations from the hallway. The therapist also had a cell phone that kept vibrating, and on several occasions another therapist came into the room to tell her something (we don’t know what, since they were speaking in Japanese), which made the experience even more intrusive. This situation was not only frustrating for me, but my partner was also unable to fully relax, as he became concerned when he noticed I was getting upset by the constant interruptions. Overall, I couldn’t enjoy the massage as expected. It’s a shame, because my husband’s service was very good, but in my case the lack of privacy and continuity completely affected the experience.

My family has been loyal customers here for over five years, and we’ve always appreciated the quality of service until recently. Unfortunately, our last three massage experiences have not met the high standards we once enjoyed. We've noticed some therapists distracted by their phones during sessions, and frequent staff rotations due to scheduling issues have sometimes resulted in inconsistent technique. I’ve shared my feedback with the management in the hope of improving the experience, but unfortunately, my concerns were not addressed. After three less-than-ideal visits in a row, it seems that the business may be moving away from prioritizing repeat customers and client satisfaction. I genuinely hope the business can address these issues and restore the quality of service we once appreciated.

I truly love going to Tokyo Massage! The place is always clean, and the customer service is excellent. Every time I’ve visited, the massage has been amazing and well worth the money. The ladies are polite, professional, and really know how to get the knots out with their skillful techniques. I’ve been here a couple of times, and each experience has been consistently great. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating massage!

WARNING - DO NOT GO THERE : What a weird and confusing experience. No idea why/how this place has so many good reviews. Walked in during the day to make a booking for a specific massage type. Came back for our appointment later only to find a very confused hostess saying they didn't have rooms anymore. They offered to split us up and walk us away to another place, no thank you. They then did that to 2 other customers waiting. They then ushered us into a room, no instructions, no welcome, nothing. 25 minutes later 2 therapists came in. Not what we asked for nor the right massage type. The walls are paper thin so there's no relaxation going on as you hear people shouting and walking by. The two therapists kept speaking among themselves, which is very unprofessional. The massage was super rushed and I walked out with a sore neck for 2 days. Worst even, the therapist that checked us out tried to charge us for 90 minutes when we got barely 50 after waiting for 25 minutes. Then she complained as we left only 10$ tip on a 85$ massage, which to be fair should have been 0$. What a odd location. It's the gas station equivalent of getting a massage. DO NOT GO THERE.

Great massage. Ladies were friendly and were able to tend to my needs. $80 for an hour. Been there a few times now. Still good service. Getting it done.

The massage was good, reasonable prices and the place was clean. I like to get the Thai Massage or the combination. I like when they walk on your back or Deep Tissue, since I workout a lot, I always need a strong massage to feel relief.
