Zén Shü Luxury Nail & Wellness Lounge (Zén Shü Spa)

Zen Shu Nail Spa in New Rochelle is hands down one of the best nail salons I’ve been to. The space is clean, calm, and beautifully maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional from the moment you walk in. They really take their time, pay attention to detail, and make sure you’re happy with the results. My nails came out flawles, exactly what I asked for, if not better and they’ve held up perfectly. I also love how relaxing the experience is; it truly lives up to the "Zen" in the name. If you’re looking for quality work, great service, and a peaceful vibe, Zen Shu Nail Spa is the place to go. My nails always come out spectacular at Zen Shu. The environment is incredibly clean, professional, and warm. I have tried a lot of businesses in the Westchester area and always come back here. Cannot recommend them enough.

Editing my review, my original review said Zen is great. Clearly is not as you can see how condescending the owner is. They could care less about you getting sepsis or nail damage. This review is for the nail tech Carmen. I have been going to Zen for about a year and never experienced something like this. Carmen cut my skin and cuticles so much to the point that i bled a few times. She kept saying sorry. I figure she was new or something and wanted to give her a chance. Then when I got my gel nail polish removed a few weeks later I didn’t realized the extend of the damage. She drilled my nails so much that now I have dents! Zen has some amazing techs but she needs proper training. I’m an established customer who usually pays in advance. You should not have a newly tech doing nails on loyal customer to experiment

Loved how my nails turned out! Isabel did an amazing job with dipping powder and chrome finish. I also got the Zen pedicure and loved it. Top notch service! If you're looking for a nail salon in New Rochelle, this is it!

I have been going to Laurie for about two years and she has never disappointed. She pays attention to detail, whether it is the shape or the design. At the end of every service for my nails, Laurie always puts the warm gloves on with the lotion to keep my hands moisturize during this cold season. I also see Flower who does my gel pedicures and she is fantastic. My feet are always very clean and soft after I leave.

I wish I could give zero stars, but the one star is for my spa pedicure and the kind receptionist, Kayla. Lucy did a wonderful job on my spa pedicure, she truly deserves her flowers. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Zach was my nail tech, and for the price I was paying, I expected exceptional work. I follow this salon on Instagram, and the atmosphere looked peaceful and clean, but it seems that’s mostly what you’re paying for. After only four days, my nails started chipping, and by day five, one had already broken. I got a dip powder full set, which I’ve had done at other salons for a fraction of the price with much better results. Due to the lack of response regarding the nail issues, I will not be returning.

Tried this place out with my daughter for a gel mani and pedi and the experience was 10/10. Maria did my mani and pedi and she was professional, friendly and did a great job. My daughter had someone else, can’t remember her name but my daughter also loved her nails. The owner was there and greeted us upon arrival. Definitely booking another appt.
