First time today, I use cryotherapy and it was amazing experience! What I really like about Ms Brooke, she give us tour what it is about, she make sure that we understand and how it is work. Everything so clean inside and beautiful! Thank you Brooke, I’m definitely coming back soon!

I’ve been coming here since Dec 2023 for weight loss injections and other vitamin shots. My experience since the beginning has been wonderful! Jen was so incredibly patient with me during my consultation and answered all my questions and concerns. I never once felt she was "selling" me on anything and genuinely cared about my wants. I look forward to coming every week because I’m always greeted with a smile, and given guidance for the next week. All the staff I have ever encountered there are professional and kind. I can’t remember all their names except for Jen and Tessa, but literally they are all great! Thank you for what you do! 💛

Such a cool place! I came by to try the full body cryo and compressions before my soccer game. I felt a big difference leaving than how i felt walking in. Abi and Kennedy were a great help and great to talk to!

iCRYO offers so many services and the staff members are all so sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. My husband takes advantage of all of the services. I call this place his other home. He has let me tag along a few times and I really enjoy the facial. It feels amazing and I leave feeling refreshed! I could do it EVERY DAY. The leg compressions are great as well. It feel really good if you are sore and helps with blood flow and swelling. I highly recommend this place.

I went in for IV therapy, but also was given a tour of services. Derrick was not only very nice (and cute 😍) but very knowledgeable and personable. Jennifer did my IV therapy, and she was also very knowledgeable and personable. Steph was my first point of contact and she made me feel right at home, even though I had never been here, and was a bit skeptical. I ended up trying the freeze, and the compression too. Vic helped me with the freeze and they were also fantastic. Before today I was not familiar with many of the services they offer here, and I did not feel pressured into anything. 10/10 everyone here is so nice and they are all literal angels. 😇 I loved the place, I loved the services, but most importantly, I loved the staff.

This place is beyond wonderful. Such amazing staff. I have mobility issues and everyone was so eager to help me out when needed. I felt very cared for and I will miss visiting as I live in Canada. 10000% recommend this place, thank you for everything 🤍
