Framework, East Nashville Backyard

Visited this lovely, tranquil, setting with my fiancée. We thoroughly loved and enjoyed our sauna. The hospitality, from the host, was a true southern welcome friendliness and helpfulness along with great music of our liking ❤️🩷🔥🛀

Absolutely love it here! Such a great spot! The staff are super friendly and encouraging, the vibes are fun, and the outdoor space is awesome for relaxing between sauna and cold plunge sessions. Left feeling so refreshed and can’t wait to come back!

Such a cool spot! The outdoor setup feels refreshing and different, you move from a super hot sauna straight into the cold plunge, and it’s the best reset. The space is beautiful, really well thought-out, and has everything you need (showers, lockers, etc.). Loved the mix of being able to go solo but also meet people, it feels like a little wellness community. Can’t wait to come back!

Such a fresh take on a sauna/plunge experience. A bit different from their existing main location. You’re in a backyard setting which gives it a casual and homey feeling. It’s clear these owners are thoughtful about creating a delightful experience you can’t get elsewhere. Excited to mix it up and go back and forth between this location which is closer to me, and their flagship.

Such an amazing intentional space! I love Framework so much and Framework coming to the Eastside of Nashville is such a blessing to the community. I can’t wait to see how this space grows and am over the moon excited to enjoy this space through all the seasons. It’s truly beautiful!

I love this place so much! This community brings me so much joy — there’s always space to socialize and meet awesome people. I feel so much better every time I come!

I’m a big Scandinavian sauna guy and have really struggled to find that experience in the US. Most of the sauna culture here is quite conservative, although that is changing. I’m so happy to have found framework. A science + culture based approach to sauna and a community built around it. I’ve already made so many new friends who believe in #heat4healing!
