Float Horizen

I recently visited Float Horizen, and I can confidently give it a 5-star rating. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and relaxed. The entire experience was serene and rejuvenating. My favorite part was floating freely in the warm, soothing pool—it’s a truly unique sensation to drift weightlessly and let all stress melt away. The environment was quiet and peaceful, creating the perfect escape from daily life. I only wished my wife and I could have shared a room together, as it would have made the experience even more special. Float Horizen delivered a perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and calm. I left feeling completely refreshed and energized. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a blissful break from the ordinary.

I love the floats here. The wave rooms are amazing and the whole space is relaxing and peaceful. I have had repeatedly enjoyed five star experiences and have recently become a member of the Zen Club. It has been beneficial to my physical and mental health and significantly impacted my sleep in a positive way. Highly, highly recommended.

I experienced my first float! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities were clean and inviting. As for the float itself, it was pure bliss to give my overstimulated brain a break. Thank you!

I was feeling really stressed after the ice storm last week, and was looking to find an outlet to relax. I booked a 60min relaxation massage with Adam, and it was exactly what I needed! He was kind, communicative, and attentive to the problem areas I noted. I’ve been feeling so relaxed and calm the rest of the day. I’ll definitely be back!

I highly recommend Float Horizen! The online portal makes scheduling a breeze, the setting is calm, the staff us helpful, and the dreampod float is exactly what my busy brain needs! And, unlike other float places I have been to, the floor in the float room is not slippery and believe me, that is a very good thing! Give it a try, you will be surprised….I am claustrophobic and I thought I would want the pod door open but I got in and didn’t mind at all! Felt roomy and just soooo peaceful!

I've been going to Float Horizen to float for a few years but recently started getting massages there. I've had a lot of bodywork over the years and have seen a lot of practitioners, and I rank Tina amongst my favorites. Her work is confident yet gentle, so you can truly relax under her hands. She listens to your requests and actually responds to what you need. I never thought I was a therapeutic massage person (I like it to hurt!), but Tina has converted me.

Tried calling on Friday for five different times no answer left messages. No reply back. Try to set up an appointment on the Internet, but it couldn’t tell me that any of the availability for scheduling before I paid so I didn’t want to do that. I wanted to nail down a time slot for the schedule to make sure we could make it. Called Saturday no answer called Sunday got an answer from a guy so they don’t do same-day massage appointments. Well that really sucks then he said you know what maybe I can squeeze you in let me call this one masseuse hour goes by nothing. I call no answer call back get an answer. He says he hadn’t called her yet but he will. He’ll let me know 30 minutes go by I called. No answer. Call back no answer. I call back no answer I mean, you can’t on the website when you schedule appointments you can’t schedule a time and a date so that’s no good and then when you call you never can get a hold of anybody that never call you back. It’s like this place doesn’t even want business.
