The Spa at Naples Grande

We had an enjoyable and professional experience at the spa. The environment was clean, relaxing, and beautifully designed, and the massage was absolutely wonderful . The spa includes a variety of amenities such as jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and showers. All of these are warm or hot, which creates a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. However, I found the layout and information about the amenities a bit unclear. Two of the features looked like they could be a cold plunge or pool area, but they appeared to be purely decorative and not functional. It would be great if cold options were included to complement the hot amenities. Also, keep in mind that the outdoor pool is not part of the standard spa access and requires a different package. Naples residents receive a 20% discount which it was a cherry on top of my ice. Ream as I wasnt expecting that at all. The indoor spa amenities are included, and those are all focused on warm/hot relaxation zones. The jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room are for both genders females and males. Overall, it was a great experience to unwind for the day.

Betsy is the best manicurist I have ever had! Not only did she do an outstanding job with my mani-pedi, but she is extremely knowledgeable and professional, as well as warm and caring. She helped me resolve a situation I have been having with my nails for a long time, and I could see how her many many years of experience set her apart from the rest. She knows what she is doing, and she cares for her clients. I know she does facials and massages too, and i would feel completely comfortable in her hands. I will be seeing Betsy again!! Crystal at the front desk is one of the nicest people I have ever met! My calendar was so confusing that I had trouble scheduling appointments. Crystal was patient, helpful, friendly, and professional. She's was very kind, and is excellent at her job! She deserves to be recognized! Alyssa at the front desk is also terrific! Like Crystal, she is warm, welcoming and helpful. I think all the front desk people are really good!

My husband and I got married at this venue 2 years ago and a recent experience dealing with their Spa has let us with a horrible view of the venue in general. For our two-year anniversary, we purchased Groupons for the Spa and called to book an appointment for a specific Tuesday. The representative we spoke with confirmed the availability for that date and noted that the only restriction was that the Groupon was valid Monday through Thursday, which was totally fine. We were unable to complete the booking immediately as I did not have a credit card handy, but the representative assured us it was fine to call back the next day to finalize the reservation. When we called the next day, we were informed that the Groupon would not be honored on the date we had previously confirmed, despite it being the only day we could make during our trip to Naples. Although the Groupon terms mention blackout dates, they are not explicitly listed, and your staff had already assured us the date was available and Groupon eligible. When speaking with the Spa manager, I was met with incredible rudeness and she actually insinuated that I had fabricated the initial conversation with her employee, saying that "No one working yesterday would have said that." She made absolutely no effort to honor the terms originally explained to me or offer any accommodation, even after we mentioned our significant history with the venue and the tens of thousands of dollars we spent on our wedding there. As we are outside of the Groupon refund window (which we wouldn't have been yesterday), we can only hope that Groupon treats their customers better than the Naples Grande and grants us a refund exception. It is incredibly disheartening to have such a poor experience with a place that holds such sentimental value for us. I urge the management to review this situation and consider the impact this kind of customer service has on the venue's reputation.

Triple-check your bookings before arrival. Despite being very specific during the booking process—especially since my 85-year-old grandmother is particular about the services she receives—our reservation was still incorrect. As a result, her service was canceled the day before due to the front desk booking the wrong service. This was especially disappointing as it was a Christmas gift. Receiving only a brief "sorry" in response confirmed that we’ll be looking elsewhere for a spa that can manage reservations accurately and handle situations like this with more care. While the providers themselves were fine (though a bit rushed), the overall customer service did not contribute to a relaxing spa experience.

My massage service was wonderful however, I specifically chose to go to the Naples Grande Spa for the full amenities to use after my service. Neither the sauna or the steam room were working. After reporting it to the spa front desk, they tried to gaslight me saying the steam room and sauna were working even after several other people complained that they weren’t working either. Highly disappointed in this experience.

I had a very good experience. 1st time having a massage. Junin was excellent, not intrusive not indifferent either. It was just perfect first time experience. Very respectful.Very happy w her service. Front desk Nayeli and Crystal very accommodating and courteous. The lady at the locker room also very professional. The valet his name starts in F ( sorry I couldn’t remember it) , from Romania, very hospitable. VEY WELL TRINED STAFF.

I will start with -I am not a "review person", and if I’m unhappy or just "eh" about an experience, I usually just let it go because I know the impact it has on businesses these days. I have been a client at the Naples Grand spa for quite some time now. I just experienced a facial with Sharlene and a massage with Rosalina. I must say these two practitioners were some of the best I have ever experienced. (And I’m pretty old and a spa addict! Lol) both of them are very skilled , and had a lovely way about them. So so relaxing. Just plain old good energy from both! Highly recommend and I will be back soon! PS the Groupon package is totally the way to go! You get a nice discount on the services and get to use the beautiful amenities for the day. I feel like I’m on vacation!
