I’ve been a member for 9 months. This place is the best. I hadn’t been in a gym to workout in over 30 years. Bryan made me feel comfortable and encouraged me along the way, showing me the proper technique to each lift and exercise. I definitely recommend Perfect Fit Plus! 5⭐️

This is the best place for wellness and fitness in Muncie, hands down. Bryan is knowledgable, passionate, and dedicated to helping his clients. I have a very specific physical constraint and he came up with a modified program that works for my needs and very busy schedule. Also, the sauna is a game changer! Perfect Fit Plus is innovative, welcoming, and caters to all fitness goals and levels.

This was my first time trying cryotherapy. I have a ankle/arm issue and wa a looking for some holistic options for pain management. This was an amazing experience. The owner made me feel very comfortable and kept me engaged so I didn't focus so much on the three minutes of freezing temps lol. I felt very energized after the treatment until Evening. Then I slept like a baby. Great prices, five star customer service and amazing product. Highly recommend!

I am finished with three of my 10 personal training sessions and I really do feel much better(once I get past the pain). I can see my progress and am anxious to see how I feel after all 10 sessions! I am going for strength and stability. Old age zaps you in those areas. 🙂 Additional information posted: I am finished with all 10 sessions and have experienced a wonderful result! The pain in my back which I have had for years, is completely gone! Because of that, I have more strength. Very, very pleased.

Incredible experience! My daughter and son in law bought this for my b day. I have Fibromyalgia, as well as neuropathy and it certainly helped. Day one but will be back! Support this business and it will grow as we need quality health care facilities in Muncie! Brain is able to plan a whole workout designed for you personally! really impressed.

CryoSolutions is A1! The facility looks very professional with them having multiple things to use to get your recovery in. The owner is also there for any needs of the athletes or just the every day people who are stopping in to get their bodies feeling better! Highly recommended for anyone who is trying to get their body the best it can be!

I absolutely love it here. Great atmosphere. I just can't say enough about it. I have struggled with joint pain, bad knees and I go 1 time a week and it makes me feel young again. Why wouldn't you give it a shot to feel better and sleep better.
