I have been consistently utilizing the cold plunge and infrared sauna at The Drip Room in HypeHouse and the results have been incredible! The cold plunge helps me recover faster from workouts, reducing muscle soreness and I feel a noticeable difference in energy levels! The infrared sauna has helped me detoxify my body and give me some much needed relaxation time plus also helps with muscle soreness. The cold plunge takes time to get used to and is not exactly super fun during it, but it is so worth it when you feel the benefits so quickly afterwards. If you want to enhance your fitness routine, increase energy, recover faster or just unwind, I highly recommend the Drip Room!
