Absolutely loved my haircut! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming and professional. Boone really listened to what I wanted and gave thoughtful suggestions that actually worked for my hair type and face shape. The cut came out even better than I imagined — fresh, polished, and easy to style. My hair feels lighter, healthier, and honestly just looks amazing. I walked out feeling confident and taken care of. Highly recommend and already have another appointment on the books

The staff were very friendly, professional, and excellent at what they do!!!!! I received hot stone massage, full body wrap, gels, and a facial. Each salon dept meticulous about details, your comfort, and making the experience feel personalized.

I went into the spa for a pedicure and facial. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The ambience sets the mood for relaxation with the lighting, candles, water features and smells. Their pricing is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this spa!

My husband and I visited Cedar Creek on a trip to Missoula for the weekend. The spa itself looked orderly and upscale. We were greeted by the front desk quickly, offered drinks, and started our scheduled services even before the time we were scheduled. We had a steam shower, couples massage, and pedicures. All staff treated us kindly and respectfully. All services were wonderful and as expected. The only thing I wished was available if given the space would be a designated locker area to change and put belongings in and a designated quiet low light room to sit and relax between services, however this is a preference and not a reason to not go.

Update after Response: It is my opinion and I was nice enough to give three stars because the service was good ( I can change that). It appears from past reviews calling "fake reviews" is how you deal with bad reviews. I visited this spa expecting a luxury experience based on the pricing and markting. While the massage itself was well done, everything surrounding it felt unprofessional and far from upscale. While waiting for my massage, the front desk girls who were also estheticians; openly gossiped about the owner and other employees. It was uncomfortable and not something you expect to hear as a client in a spa environment. There was no sense of calm or professionalism; instead, the waiting area felt chaotic and more like a budget salon than a high-end spa. No one offered water or tea, and I felt rushed through the process so staff could get back to their conversations. There was also repeated promotion of other businesses and services, which further took away from the experience. For the prices charged, I expected a true luxury spa atmosphere with a dedicated receptionist, discretion, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the employee drama and lack of professionalism completely overshadowed what could have been a relaxing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this spa if you’re looking for a peaceful, high-end experience in Missoula.

I booked pedicures and a bridal manicure for my daughter before her wedding. Pedicures were fine, but the manicure was a disaster. After 2½ hours, the tech said she’d only finished "the first step" and wanted her to return for two more hours—no warning, no price disclosure, and completely unprofessional. The owner was rude and dismissive when I raised concerns. The next morning, another salon removed everything, did flawless French tips in one hour, and charged less. Overpriced, poor service—avoid this salon.

This was my first time at this Cedar Creek Salon and Spa. The place itself is great, awesome location, easy parking, and a really nice atmosphere. Boone gave me a fantastic men’s haircut and really nailed what I was looking for. Super happy with the experience and I’ll definitely be back!
